The Space:
This pet-friendly, 2-bedroom condo is perfect for a group of 5, with 90 sqm of space and excellent amenities combined with an amazing view of one of the most beautiful beaches in Puerto Vallarta from the roof lounge. Head to the rooftop, where you can take a dip in the pool, soak your stress away in the hot tub, grill something tasty on the BBQ, and enjoy a meal at one of the dining tables.

As you step into the 6th-floor condo, you’re greeted by a welcoming and luminous open floor plan. Pass the fully-equipped kitchen and breakfast bar to arrive at the sitting area that has been outfitted with cozy sofa seating, a wall-mounted TV, and floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors that give access to your private balcony. Take a seat and enjoy your morning coffee with a lovely view of the Pacific Ocean.

There are 2 comfortable bedrooms with ensuite full bathrooms, room-darkening shades, and A/C to ensure a restful night. You’ll love all the closet space where you can unpack and feel more at home. The first bedroom features a queen bed with direct access to the balcony, the second bedroom has 2 single beds, and the sofa can accommodate 1 guest if needed.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo as well as access to the common areas, such as the rooftop.

The Neighborhood:
Staying at Torre Ambar in the north of the hotel zone, you’ll be steps from one of the top beaches in Puerto Vallarta - Playa de Oro. You’ll be within less than a 10-minute walk to the Chedraui (large grocery store), the flea market, and Puerto Magico. Plus, you’ll be about 6 km or 15 minutes from the city center.

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport, about 4.1 km or 2.6 miles away.

Other Things to Note:
This property is pet-friendly, and there is a fee of $20 USD.

Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance.

Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 11 p.m. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- We welcome one pet per stay with an additional fee, but kindly note that we do not permit more than one pet during your stay.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in unit using a door code. Full instructions and the code will be provided before your arrival.
