The Space:
The place is artistically designed to suit people who enjoy bohemian vibes, as both furniture and décor seamlessly blend into a masterpiece. This unique boho-inspired apartment is saturated with chic furniture that gives it a lived-in appearance and a modern, cozy, and enticing ambience.

The apartment radiates warmth to everyone who steps in. Sit back and relax on the comfy couch while being entertained by the flat-screen 65” TV that is wall-mounted on the wall. This tranquil space will become your favorite place to unwind with your loved ones, unplug from technology, and engage in your chosen activities. The rattan accent chair, wicker pendant light, and jute rugs add texture and interest.

The spacious open-style kitchen with modern furnishing is packed with the essential modern appliances and cookware you would need to prepare delectable meals for you and your loved ones in no time. Enjoy your meals with your loved ones at the dining area's wooden dining table, which has seating for four.

The bedroom has been artistically designed to meet your standards and exude calmness. With glass walls that let in lots of natural light, the bedroom is a calm and serene sanctuary. Sleep peacefully on the comfortable mattress of the king bed, with fresh linens and soft pillows. The bedroom comes complete with an integrated closet, soft carpet, wicker pendant light, and distinctive décor to make this place more cozy and peaceful.

The bathroom has a glass shower enclosure, and white fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion are provided for a comfortable stay.

The Neighborhood:
Jumeirah Beach Residence or as commonly known with its abbreviation JBR. It is a premium area of Dubai. There are a lot of exciting go-to places in this area because The Walk, The Beach, and The Bluewaters Island are all located here together.

The Walk is a beach-side boulevard that has a line of restaurants, cafes, handicraft shops, boutiques, pop-up markets with food and jewellery stalls. There are street performances and an amazing nightlife as well.

The Beach refers to the beach resort itself complete with activities that are available to anyone from beach-side dining and shopping to wakeboarding, parasailing, banana boat rides, and camel rides. There is also a 600-m running track, an outdoor gym, and a volleyball court for those who enjoy jogging alongside the beach and those who want to keep up with their fitness. An outdoor yoga class is also offered for anyone who wants to keep their health at a great shape.

There is also a chance for residents and visitors to witness some live entertainment for a more enjoyable stay.

The Bluewaters Island is where the Dubai Eye is located - the upcoming biggest ferris wheel in the world, expected to be completed in 2019. This island is still in development, but will include entertainment, residential, and many more that will attract visitors.

If you like to shop, a quick taxi will take you to Marina Mall or Mall of the Emirates.

Getting Around:
JBR is one of the only places where you can enjoy a walk in Dubai, in proximity to everything and anything you may need.

The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi.

If you fancy having adventures in Dubai, you can get around using the train. A few minutes' walk can get you to the tram station that connects to the main metro station for you to get around Dubai on your own.

You can also go around the JBR to explore and breathe in its uplifting mood. Cafes like Starbucks are accessible if you want to have an elegant cup of coffee, and if you want to catch up with sports, West Beach Bistro and Sports Lounge is nearby.

Aside from restaurants and cafes, there are supermarkets, even a laundry shop, and salon and spas to meet your needs.
Carrefour supermarket is just 10 metres walk next to the podium building entrance!

You will find that there are a number of things that you can do around the JBR as it is one of the most visited places in Dubai.

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
