The Space:
Turn the key and give yourself a treat by staying in this beautiful studio apartment! Everything is cozy about this unit; the art pieces and décor speak for themselves!

This minimalist-designed space is equipped with a comfy couch that is convertible into a bed (sleep 1), where you can sit back and relax while watching your favorite movie on the big wall-mounted 55" TV after spending the day exploring the Dubai Water Canal that is nearby the building. This area will be a great spot for you to relax and have unforgettable moments with your loved ones.

Next to it is a dining space that comes with three upholstered chairs and a round table, where you can bond with each other over the delicious meals cooked in the fully equipped kitchen. Whether you simply want coffee in the morning or prepare a grand meal, the open kitchen is fully equipped with the necessities such as a stove, oven, cookware, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and more for your comfort.

You and your loved ones can enjoy each other’s company without feeling cramped! Sleep better in a comfortable king bed with luxurious linens and comfortable mattresses. The space comes complete with an in-built wardrobe cabinet, soft carpet, a side table with a lamp, and wall art. There is an additional sleek console paired with a comfy chair where you can catch up with your office work too. What more could you ask for?

The bathroom is complete with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and more, along with a welcome pack upon arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Business Bay is just minutes from all the sights of Downtown Dubai. It is located within 2 minutes of Downtown Dubai, as well as minutes from bus E44, taking you anywhere you want to go. It is ideal for a stroll or runs, followed by a meal in the choice of the restaurants located there.

Business Bay has a lot of buildings both for commercial and residential. Dubai Creek is a legendary and significant part of this area of Dubai. It has paved the way for Dubai to be a business hub of the UAE.

This offers restaurants, cafes, nightclubs, and many more to ensure that anyone who lives or visits Business Bay will have a good time with their friends, family, or even alone.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Downtown is accessible by car within 2 minutes. Taxis, on the other hand, are frequent at this place. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a bus, the bus stop is a 2-minute walk. Bus F41 and X22 go to the Business Bay metro station. Getting on a train will bring you to different places in Dubai. It is also connected to the tram system that can get you to JBR, Media City, Marina, Knowledge Village, and more. It is also linked to the monorail that can get you around Palm Jumeirah.

The fastest and easiest way from DXB Airport is by taxi which is only 15 minutes drive away.

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
