The Neighborhood:
Maroochydore is considered to be the heart of the Sunshine Coast. It is well known for its pristine beaches, river precinct, shopping and entertainment.

This region is a hub for a variety of water activities, including surfing, kite boarding, hydro-foiling, jet skiing, stand-up paddle boarding (SUP), kayaking, or fishing. You can hire equipment at Cotton Tree's Ocean Addicts.

Cotton Tree is a short stroll away, located along the Maroochydore river. This is a popular spot for picnics and BBQs. Every Sunday, the Cotton Tree Esplanade transforms into a local market.

Hire a SUP or BBQ house boat at Swan Boat Hire on Bradman Ave and discover the wonders of the river.

Enjoy a culinary experience, nightlife and live music 1km away on Ocean Street. This vibrant street offers a variety of restaurants, bars and night clubs. On the second Friday of each month, it transforms into a street of pop up food stalls, craft stores, and live music from a feature band.

Sunshine Plaza, the largest shopping centre on the Coast is only a 5 minute drive. Here you can wander through hundreds of retail stores, fashion boutiques, department stores and food courts, or enjoy a movie at the cinema complex.
