The Space:
This spacious, pet-friendly Bucerias home is perfect for a group of 12. With 6 bedrooms and 420 sqm of space, plus excellent amenities, this is the ideal beach getaway for large families or friend groups. The home is comprised of four fully furnished apartments, each equipped with all the amenities necessary for a delightful and enjoyable vacation. You and your loved ones can enjoy quality time together by taking advantage of the private pool and rooftop area furnished with lounge chairs. Hang out in the hammocks, cook up some tasty treats on the two BBQ grills, and enjoy mealtime together in one of the outdoor dining areas. The home is perfect for accommodating groups while still ensuring everyone can enjoy their own private space by having their choice of four distinct apartments.

The Neighborhood:
The property is located in the “Golden Zone” of Bucerias, just 7 minutes walking from the most beautiful beach in Bucerias and 5 minutes walking to Chedraui (grocery store), Guadalajara pharmacy, and CMQ Hospital. Looking for something to do? A short drive or Uber ride away, you’ll find shopping and activities.

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport, about 17.5 km or 10.9 miles away.

Other Things to Note:
We welcome two pets per stay with an additional fee of $20 USD, but kindly note that we do not permit more than two pets during your stay.

Guests will need to climb stairs.

Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance.

Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 11 p.m. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are allowed for a fee.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in unit using a code to access the keys in the lockbox. Full instructions and the code will be provided before your arrival.
