Belle maison de front de mer Bucerias. Un roi, une reine et quatre lits doubles. Quatre salles de bains et une salle d'eau. Cuisine entièrement équipée. Barbecue. Piscine privée, Gym sur place. Le développement privé. blanc Belle plage de sable.

Casa Jazmin adresse à ceux qui recherchent des vacances tranquilles et reposantes maison loin de la maison. Le complexe est fermé et il y a sécurité 24/7.

Petite ville de charme mexicain avec de grands restaurants et les marchés locaux à distance de marche. Seulement trente minutes en voiture à Puerto Vallarta et profiter de ce que la ville a à offrir.

Il n'y a pas de restaurants ou de bars dans le complexe, mais le restaurant Ixta est situé juste en face de la rue et a d'excellentes critiques.

Intérieur / Extérieur salon avec les portes escamotables au large de la salle de séjour et d'une terrasse en plein air au large de la suite de maître.

Relaxing beachfront getaway

We had 2 families stay together in this great beachfront community. Everything went smoothly from check-in, communication, stay and security. This house has it all - comfortable beds, AC, pool, spa and the location is great. We didn’t need to leave the community at all. We tried to rebook for next year, but it’s already booked. We’d definitely stay again.

Girlfriends getaway

A beautiful property in the perfect location. It was our second time spending a week at Casa Jazmin and we are already booking our next trip. The beach is right outside the door and there are excellent restaurants within walking distance.

Wonderful stay in bucerias

The house is well equipped and very comfortable. Even with very hot weather the house kept very cool through day and night. It’s is close to a bunch of nice shops and restaurants and there are 3 grocery stores less than 5 minutes away. The beach was perfect with white sand and very private. The private pool was awesome for the family and the beach club was awesome and right next door. 5 out of 5!

Beautiful beachfront home with private and communal pool

home on relatively quiet stretch of beach, away from giant mega resorts. We enjoyed both the private lap pool and the community infinity pool just steps away. I’m an ocean gal, so for me the beach right off our patio was the best.

Lovely Spot

Enjoyed ourselves on our vacation. This place was exactly what we were looking quiet, well stocked, private pool, and on the beach. We enjoyed a few dinners from the recommended chef and enjoyed them, they we delicious and provided great service. Would definitely come back.

We had a blast. The house is beautiful and just like the pictures. Pool is awesome. Clubhouse pool is awesome. Having the beach right there is awesome! I could stay there all summer!

Beautiful Beachfront Property

This was a beautiful property right on the beach with a private pool and yard looking directly into the wonderful Bay of Banderas (Puerto Vallarta). The property manager, Pilar, was incredibly helpful and even recommended a highly rated in-home chef which we used twice as their food was delicious and their customer service was 5 stars. Great place for a family vacation!

perfect family property

The house is perfect for the 3 generations of family that we had. The pool and pool toys were a hit with the kids and the beach is only steps away. Everything we wanted to do or see was an easy walk or bus ride as we did not bother with a car.

Fabulous house in Bucerias

We loved the house and the location. The kids loved the private pool, the beach right outside the yard's gate and the infinity pool next door at the beach club. The daily iguana visits were a plus for them! Good restaurants nearby. The house layout was perfect. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Pilar was always available and quick to answer questions.

Idyllic!

Beautiful home right on the beach and everything you need is right on your doorstep. House is equipped with everything you need to have a wonderful vacation. Pilar is a joy to work with and very helpful with everything. Karen’s place and Mark’s bar and grill became our fav restaurants. Sandrina’s restaurant was also a great place to eat. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Amazing

No words are suffice to explain how perfect this location was. We did a family vacay , location was amazing, breathtaking sunsets, we did horse back riding, and we enjoying sitting at the ocean for hours, property was clean and staff had excellent communication, anything you could have needed was at the home, we even asked the ladies giving massages on the beach to come to the house and give us massage since the house already had a massage table. We are already planning our next stay.

Better than the pics. House was very big. The back patio and pool were spectacular. Walking to the beach in 10 seconds is amazing:). Only thing I could recommend is that the property provide gaffones (big jugs) of filtered water. The property has a dispenser for them, but I had to figure out the process of getting the water on my own (the cost was very low). It would have been a better experience to not have had to think about it and go request a refill at the front desk every time we needed one. We went through one every 2 days.

Excellent Beach Front Property

We had an amazing one week family vacation at the Casa Jazmin house. Our three young kids loved playing at the beach and in the private pool. We had a rental car for part of the trip and took day trips to other beaches, but many days we just stayed at the house to hang out at the pool and beach. It's a few minutes walk on the beach or in town to get to downtown Bucerias so this house has a good location since it's quiet, but still within walking distance to stores and restaurants. We would highly recommend this location. Pilar and the team were great and very helpful.

Nice location on great beach

The house is gratis and location are great and the complex is very nice overall with super nice staff. A long distance from the PV core for those who want to experience PV as a whole but some good options around if you just want to relax and enjoy the area or a more low key experience. My only suggestion would be to provide basics like toiletries and all which I think would be a tiny detail compared to the hefty rental fee. Otherwise a great place for a chill vacation with family or friends.

Paradise!

Would go back in a heartbeat! We spent two weeks with our children & grandchildren in this little piece of paradise. House is very well appointed with a gorgeous view and the community pool is spectacular. Pillar was fantastic to deal with & the rest of the staff who took care of us at the Villa were absolutely wonderful! We hired Chef Leo and & his assistance Alejandro to cook for us twice and can't say enough good things about these two. They spoiled us with delicious food, service & some great stories. Easy walking into the village of Bucerias which has some excellent restaurants & of course Karen's bar just a 5-minute walk down the beach! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us, I truly hope we will have a chance to stay again.

Great Stay in Bucerias

Thank you, Pilar, for a wonderful stay! This house is in an amazing location, right on the beach. It was perfect for my toddler and baby, as we didn’t have to go anywhere and still had an amazing time. The town of Bucerias is right outside the front gate and is well worth some sightseeing and shopping. House is very big and clean, with 4 bedrooms, all with their own bathroom. We also made use of the private chef several times during our stay which was just wonderful. Pilar is very communicative and accessible and helped us with needs like having drinking water available on arrival. My only complaint is that the beds in 2 of the rooms were incredibly uncomfortable. This would easily be resolved with a mattress topper. Had a wonderful time, thank you!

Beautiful Relaxing Property

We wanted a home that would fit by the needs of some Grandmas for a mini reunion, but also would be a good fit for everyone and this home was perfect. Lots of downstairs rooms and a walk right out to the beach to allow the older gals freedom of moving around. We loved it here and will definitely return. The pool was a perfect and tee felt safe and had plenty of privacy. The water out front was great and on windy days got a show from all the kite surfers. Local restaurants were all so good. We loved Armando’s place. The food and his kindness made everyone feel at home. He is renovating but I am sure it will be so nice once it is finished. We tried Meet Meat and everything was on point. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for better! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.
