The Space:
This high-floor apartment features tasteful modern furniture which is comfortable and design trendy.
As soon as you enter, you'll experience a sensation of warmth. With earth tones palette and a burst of a few colors, you can easily feel the sophistication the interior exudes, art and decor will make you feel that "home away from home feels".
The living space is beautifully decorated with a comfy grey couch (can be turned to a bed) paired with a stylish chair while a coffee table, wall art, decor, and lamp will give you that extraordinary relaxation as you watch your favorite shows on the HD TV.
Right beside is the dining area that comes furnished with a round dining top and three dining chairs to enjoy the meal with your loved ones. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with all you need for preparing meals. Cooking has never been this hassle-free!
There is a unique room divider to give you that privacy while you are sleeping in the king-sized bed that is fitted with fresh and crisp linens and hotel-quality pillows are also provided. The sleeping area comes complete with a soft carpet, bedside tables with lamps and wall art. There is a built-in wardrobe to line up your clothes and a chair with a full-length mirror and an expanded TV console that will serve as both workspace and vanity areas.
The bathroom has soft fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion to ensure you'll have a great stay!
Unwind on the balcony and get lost in the beautiful canal views as you relax here during the day and get cozy at night.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the pool (temperature-controlled) and gym.

The Neighborhood:
Business Bay is just minutes from all the sights of Downtown Dubai. It is located within 2 minutes of Downtown Dubai, as well as minutes from bus E44, taking you anywhere you want to go. It is ideal for a stroll or runs, followed by a meal in the choice of the restaurants located there.
Business Bay has a lot of buildings both for commercial and residential. Dubai Creek is a legendary and significant part of this area of Dubai. It has paved the way for Dubai to be a business hub of the UAE.
This offers restaurants, cafes, nightclubs, and many more to ensure that anyone who lives or visits Business Bay will have a good time with their friends, family, or even alone.
Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Downtown is accessible by car within 2 minutes. Taxis, on the other hand, are frequent at this place. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.
If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a bus, the bus stop is a 2-minute walk. Bus F41 and X22 go to the Business Bay metro station. Getting on a train will bring you to different places in Dubai. It is also connected to the tram system that can get you to JBR, Media City, Marina, Knowledge Village, and more. It is also linked to the monorail that can get you around Palm Jumeirah.

The fastest and easiest way from DXB Airport is by taxi which is only 15 minutes drive away.
If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
This apartment is fully licensed with Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
