The Space:
This gorgeous apartment has an elegant artistic approach from the décor to the furniture.

From the entrance, you can expect ample natural light onto the spacious living area - thanks to the floor to ceiling glass window. The living room greets you with its comfy couch (convertible into sofa bed) and an entertainment that is brought by the wall mounted Netflix enabled TV. A stylish center table, soft carpet & distinctive décor completes the look and feel of this area. High-speed WiFi is available so you won't miss anything.

In case you fancy eating in, you can find ease in cooking with the appliances such as electric range hood stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, washer, well organized storage cabinets and all kitchen essentials for your cooking needs. Whether it’s for a simple cup of coffee or a nice meal, this kitchen has you covered.

The inviting dining area dining table has a long dining table and comes with six comfortable dining chairs, giving you much space to enjoy each other's company while sharing the delicious meals.

The bedroom is uniquely tailored to meet your standards! A king bed in the bedroom has comfy mattress, fresh linens & soft pillows to bring comfort.

Soft towels are provided for the guests including a shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion with a welcome pack upon arrival.

Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even an amazing nightlife. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafes.

The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.

With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a train or tram, the nearest tram station and metro station are only five minutes away on foot. You can get on a tram if you want to go around the JBR or you can go to the nearest metro station (DMCC Metro Station) if you fancy going around Dubai on your own.

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
