The spacious layout has been carefully designed to allow more natural lights in and to enjoy the views through the big glass windows. This space is finished with a stylish center table that is complimented with unique décor, Soft rug & modern wall art. Browse away and be updated on everything with this apartment's high-speed WiFi that reaches every corner.

Cooking and eating are made simple by the kitchen's innovative arrangement and efficient use of space. Four beautiful upholstered dining chairs are in the dining room, where you may share a delicious meal with your loved ones. The kitchen is furnished with all the appliances you'll need to prepare meals, including a stove, microwave, cookware, dishes, and cutlery.

Walk your way to the bedroom and you will surely love this cozy space furnished with king-sized bed, fitted with high-quality mattress and fresh premium linens and pillows for that sound sleep everyone is dreaming of. This space comes complete with soft carpet, side table, table lamp, built-in wardrobes and a vanity space.

The en suites have fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion provided for guests.

Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even an amazing night life. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafe.

The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.

With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anyawhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi.

Many things are accessible by foot via Marina Walk (grocery stores, hairdressers, restaurants, etc.)

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a ferry, the DMCC Metro Station is less than a 15-minute walk. This connects also connects to the tram station if you simply want to go around JBR. Meanwhile, the Dubai ferry is only less than a 5-minute walk. Its routes include a stop at Dubai Water Canal, circular tourist trip to Burj Al Arab, circular trip to Jumeirah Beach, and others.

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
