The apartment is roomy, clean, supremely well-appointed, attractive, and close to (within walking distance) of wonderful beaches, cafes and the Burleigh Heads National Park.
Unfortunately, the advertised parking space (a garage) turned out to be suitable only for a tiny car or a motorbike. As a result, we had to park away from the apartment block, sometimes a kilometre or more away.
One night, a drunk driver reversed into our car in a public carpark and did some minor damage.
If you are going to stay in this apartment, it might be a good idea to leave your car at home, and use public transport, taxis, Uber, or simply walk.
Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment for a couple or family of up to four who don't need a car.
