A stunning open plan family kitchen, dining and living space with polished concrete floors and large glass sliding doors onto the outdoor deck and pool area completes the beach home.

The home features beautiful spaces to retreat into and to gather in. Comfortable sofas for lounging around; quiet calm bedrooms for sleeping; an extra long kitchen island with window seat for socialising; well appointed kitchen appliances for self-catering; a 7m saltwater / chorine pool to cool off in; a long entertainer’s deck off the main living space with large glass door sliders to bring the outdoors in; grassy front yard with large spring-free trampoline for children’s play.

The boardwalk entry features a garden atrium and front family living room with high ceilings, 2 large comfortable sofas, large digital TV and Mark Tuckey oregeon shelving unit filled with books for all ages, surfing, snow and mountain bike magazines, architectural magazines and board games.

The Master bedroom is a sanctuary.
High angled ceilings, ample storage, oak floorboards and beautiful king sized bed with an extremely comfortable latex foam mattress.
Adjoining ensuite is light-filled featuring Moroccan tiles, a deep bath, seperate rain shower and louvered windows to the garden atrium.

Moving from the entrance foyer down a wide skylight lit hallway are the three additional bedrooms, family bathroom and separate laundry room (which exits to a side boardwalk and handy clothes line).

From the hall’s end, there are two steps down into the very spacious, light filled kitchen, dining and living space with soaring ceilings adjoining an outdoor deck and sparkling pool (fully fenced for child safety). Cook a BBQ dinner on the deck; snooze in the hammock; watch the kids swim in the pool from the kitchen.
