Although home to Siesta's most famous, it hosts just two small apartment complexes and is truly an escape from the resort super-highway. Driving biking or walking is a breeze with no stop signs or traffic lights, and plenty of relaxing bike paths and sidewalks. South 1 mile is Turtle Beach, Palmer Bird and Marine Preserve, and three of my favorite restaurants. North 2.5 miles is Siesta's Crescent Beach, Point of Rocks reef, the South Village, and seven of the top restaurants and bars on the island. The Siesta Key free trolley stops just outside our parking lot every 20 minutes between 8 AM and 10 PM. Beach Gear - Correction for Air-b-n-b listings. We provide beach towels and beach chairs at every location, umbrellas and carts at most locations, and do not provide "snorkeling gear" at any locations. Sorry for the confusion. Snorkeling gear can be rented or purchased nearby.

Terms - Payments are 50% refundable when canceled at least 60 days before arrival. Payments are not refundable when canceled less than 60 days before arrival. Events or gatherings involving outside guests are only allowed with prior approval from the management. Events - Many of our properties are wonderful locations for gatherings. Gatherings involving third party vendors or visitors outside your occupancy limit "might" be permitted, but only with prior authorization.
