The Space:
Ideal for young families or remote workers seeking paradise, our newly remodeled condo offers bright spaces and the ultimate sleeping comfort. The stylish bedroom boasts an incredible queen bed, blackout blind, and a window with a view of the covered front patio. The elegant living room features a custom-made sofa bed, ensuring the best rest in town.

We prioritize your comfort, with new ceiling fans installed in every room, including the front patio. For your entertainment, an Alex Echo Dot awaits in the kitchen, ready to play music through your Bluetooth connection.

Rest easy knowing the complex is gated, with security controls to safeguard the common areas. Our locally crafted teak wood cabinetry adds a touch of elegance, while the fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals and socialize in the temperature-controlled island eating area. With an abundance of spices, cooking utensils, appliances, and more, we ensure your culinary needs are met.

The property can host a total of 4 guests including children, infants, and visitors. Day visitors are allowed and must vacate the premises by 11PM.

Guest Access:
Enjoy full access to our charming unit, front lawn for playtime, inviting front patio area, as well as the refreshing pool areas and pool terrace. Relax and unwind on the comfortable outdoor furniture provided.

For easy entry, a convenient lockbox is mounted in front of the patio doors, secured with a simple 4-digit combination. To access the complex, kindly provide your names and a copy of your ID to our experienced manager prior to arrival. Rest assured, the complex is equipped with property surveillance at the main gate and security guards who patrol the premises.

To ensure a comfortable stay, we allow a maximum of 4 overnight guests including day visitors, children, and infants. Venture just a 5-minute walk to reach the public beach and the breathtaking ocean. We provide beach towels and chairs for you to fully enjoy your beach experience.

To enter our gated property, all guests, visitors, and children are required to show a government-issued ID. Safety and a family-friendly atmosphere are paramount to us, hence we strictly regulate access to those listed on our guest roster. While visitors are welcomed, they must adhere to the property's occupancy limit of 4 and depart by 9 PM.

The Neighborhood:
Safe gated neighborhood surrounded by nice landscaping and town amenities. Only 5 min walk to Jaco Beach. You will find yourself in a community that is welcoming to you and your love ones! This community is safe, well maintained, and centrally located. Only 1 hour from Parque Nacional Manuel Antonio

Getting Around:
Walk to the beach and local convenience stores. Taxi or Uber available for local travel so no rental car is required. The beach is close by and takes 5 minutes to walk to north beach approx. 350m. There is a busy boulevard you will have to cross on your way to the beach so caution is advised. This is a prime location to all the amenities of town. We would suggest exploring the area by foot since there are so many shops and food establishments to experience. Parking is available along Avenue Pastor Diaz and also some paid for public lots just to the west of the main boulevard.
