Occasionally, a chicken will escape their coupe and visit our yard. Please do not chase the chickens, but allow them to find their way back home.

We have noise monitoring in the living room. This is to ensure that the volume inside the house does not reach a level that would upset our awesome neighbors. The device can only monitor noise levels, it is not capable of recording audio.

No parties or events allowed. No marijuana or illegal drug use allowed. Quiet hours are between 10:00PM and 8:00AM (enforced by the city).
