5 min drive to the Beach! Stunning townhome just a few mins drive to the gorgeous beaches. This spacious 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath property is sure to wow with high ceilings, stunning flooring, granite counters throughout, kitchen with breakfast bar and new appliances, and full size washer and dryer. The living room is spacious and light with ceiling fan, breakfast bar, smart tv, dining area, and comfortable seating. There is a pull out queen sleeper sofa in the living space. Both bedrooms feature an in suite bathroom for privacy. Bedroom 1 boasts a king size bed, full bathroom, and wood LPV flooring. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed, full bathroom, and LPV wood flooring as well. Downstairs has an open floor plan, stunning kitchen, half bath, and laundry room. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. One car garage for additional space and parking. Property is finished off with a fenced in backyard space to enjoy the outdoors. Relax and enjoy the area beaches, shopping, and activities- all located within a 5 min drive from this home. The heart of Destin is just 10 mins drive for even more dining and shopping options.

A pleasant enough stay although a bit disappointed with lack of basic supplies such as cloth / scourer for wiping down kitchen surface, basic larder supplies. A welcome pack, however small would have been appreciated after a long drive and arriving late

Great Stay

I helped booked this place with the Bride-to-Be, and it was such a pleasant stay. Checking in was a breeze and the interior of the home was as pictured. Fort Walton getaway

Checked in a Tuesday, put over $100 worth of groceries in the refrigerator and freezer only to wake up the next morning to it not cooling or freezing..had to throw the groceries out. Property manager sent someone out to look at it and wecwere told he would be there between 12 & 3. We came back to the property at @ 3:30, he wss still there, water on the floor, refrigerator all apart and he said it was froze up and he would be there another couple of hours so we had to leave and came back at @5:30 and he was gone, no note or contact from the property manager if it was fixed. Two of the three bathrooms the toilet paper holder was broke. All three of the bathrooms had long black hairs on the floors and in the tubs, we had to sweep the bathrooms, bedrooms and stairs..it was nasty! We stayed here March of 2023, dont know what has changed but it was not the same property..extremely disappointed!

Very good beach home

We enjoyed our stay here. It is very close to the beaches and shopping, restaurants, etc. The home itself is beautifully decorated and had exactly the space we needed. There was a minor issue but the property manager was ready to communicate with. Overall I would recommend.

Comfortable and clean - we hope to be back someday!

The property manager responded promptly to any questions and was thorough in providing necessary details. Toiletries and products provided were sufficient for our stay. The electronic key pad wouldn’t allow us to lock the door and before we even really knew there was an issue the property manager had sent someone to help and called to explain. The property was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. We hope to come back someday!

Zero complaints.. great location to everything, home is “as advertised”, property owners are friendly helpful and easy to communicate with. Would definitely book again in a heartbeat. Fort Walton is amazing also.

The property was exceptionally clean and spacious. Not hard to find and not far from beach. Tiffany gave great customer Service even at midnight lol. We will use Spence Properties again.

For our very first time ever renting a beach house, I give it a 5 star review our host made us feel like home with everything provided. We really enjoyed the stay and how close it was to the beach without driving for a long time Thank you for the experience will definitely consider renting again.

Nice and clean

I stayed in this property for 2 weeks, it had everything I needed to be comfortable. Super clean and very well decorated. Close to anything you may need. I Highly recommend this property! I would definitely book again.
