Newly Renovated Home w/pool - 5 minutes from the beach!

Our newly-renovated split-level home is ideal for groups of 6-8 guests with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Located in downtown FWB, our home is close to all the action of the Emerald Coast!

The Space:

The main level features an open floor plan that includes the kitchen, dining and living space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal.

The open living room features ample seating and lounge space, a dining table for 8, cozy coastal decor and a large flat screen Smart TV to stream your favorite movies and shows.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with basic cooking/kitchenware for all your cooking needs. The stainless steel appliances, gas range and large island with bar seating are perfect for any chef. Off the kitchen step outside to the large covered patio to catch a breeze with an evening cocktail or morning coffee by the in-ground pool.

The upper level has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a King bed complete with a full ensuite bathroom with large walk-in glass shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a full bath just outside the room.

On lower level you'll find a third bedroom, laundry room, and bonus room. The bedroom opens up to the back patio and pool and has a half bath. The bonus room is the perfect space to watch a movie our a big game on it 75" Smart TV. The large sofa folds out to a queen bed if an additional bed is needed. There is also an Air Assault stationary bike for a great workout!

Unwind and grill by the backyard pool and fire pit after your day at the beach or on the boat. You'll love how peaceful the family neighborhood is and the quiet street. Walk to the nearby park or to Downtown Fort Walton Beach.

Our driveway is large enough for 4 cars. Two of the spots are covered by a carport.

The house is 0.5 miles from Downtown FWB, 1.5 miles to Okaloosa Island Beaches, 0.25 miles to our neighborhood boat launch, 12 minutes to Destin and 10 minutes to Eglin AFB's main gate.

Family Spring Break Vacation

We as a family had a wonderful stay at this home. The location was perfect whether you wanted to visit the Destin area, or go the other direction to Navarre Beach. All mere minutes from the home. The kids enjoyed the pool and the neighborhood was extremely quiet. Had a few question for the host and he responded immediately. Defiantly a 10 out 10 experience with this property. Thank you for having us!

Fall break.

When we first arrived we had a little bit of a hiccup. However, William was able to get it taken care of right away with a quick response. The location worked out perfectly for us as we have family in Mobile and Bonifay. The house had everything we needed and was close to all the beaches, shops and restaurants. The kids loved the pool and all the pool toys.

Good 2nd Stay..

This is our second stay at this property. The host is great to work with and is very responsive. The house is nice for the price but does need some small upgrades. For example: master bathroom shower and sink do not drain, the pool deck is very slick and needs some type of grip for the concrete, the fridge takes awhile to get cold on first use but is okay after a day, dryer doesn’t work (host was working on fixing it) and the floors/couch downstairs need a good deep clean. We had a baby with us who crawled and was covered in black dirt within the first few hours. However, this property is exactly what our family needed, a house with a pool that fits 3 families. The location is great and the house is beautiful. Thanks!

Great Stay

Perfect location

We were in town for a travel ball tournaments the house gave us a great location since it was near the ballfields and places to eat. The pool was perfect for evenings so we could relax before another day of ball. Will was a great host and checked in to make sure everything was great. Definitely will stay again if we have another tournament.

Family getaway in FWB

Will was always available. Check in was convenient. The house was wonderful. We enjoyed the pool daily and the backyard. The location is close to everywhere. The neighborhood is very quiet. Kitchen was well set up with accessories and appliances. We will stay again.

Wedding Party House

Our group came to Fort Walton for our friend’s wedding. Most of our group was in the wedding and wanted to be able to stay together. This house was perfect for our large group. We took full advantage of the pool and grill. Will was very quick to respond and also very kind throughout the booking process and during our stay. If we find ourselves back in Fort Walton with a group of people, we will definitely be staying here again.

Awesome host and home

Great little place that’s well maintained and updated. The pool right outside was such a nice added feature. Location was great for the main stripe in Destin, the only thing we could figure it was a beach to walk to vs drive. Grocery store is right up the street as well. We ended up using the air mattress provided as the pull out bed was a bit too thin for comfort. Will, the host, was fabulous and very helpful throughout our stay!

Lovely remodeled home. Well appointed kitchen. The griddle on the range was great to have. Amazing WI-FI throughout the house. Two nice smart tvs perfect for making adult and kid spaces. Comfortable beds, nice pool and great location for activities and restaurants.

Family Vacation

Great updated house with private pool!

The house is updated and stylish. The private pool with covered patio was perfect for our family. The house, pool, and yard were well maintained. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood with a short drive to beach. We had one small issue and the owner responded and helped us out right away. We’d love to stay there again if we travel back to the area.

Great Family Vacation Home!

Property was nice and clean, close to beaches, entertainment and food. Bedrooms have 2 full beds and 1 king bed. Bathrooms in king room and half bath in downstairs guest. Owner was very responsive and helped with any questions we had. Would definitely book again.

Relaxing weekend

We had a great time at this beautiful property. We were in town for an event at the convention center. We were in a prime location for dining, convention center and grocery store runs. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint. The home is clean and has great natural light. Plenty of room for a family of five. My boys loved swimming in the pool and hanging out in the downstairs den to play video games. We spent plenty of time relaxing by the pool and grilling burgers for Mother’s Day. We would come back any time!

Great Family Rental

This is a very nice property in a quite neighborhood. We had 5 adults 2 pre-teens on our trip and there was plenty of room in the house for all of us. Everything we needed was provided. It is a short 4 mile drive to the beach. There are many nice restaurants nearby. And plenty to do for the kids. We will definitely use this place again if available.

Spring Break Fort Walton

This is our families 8th visit to the area. We usually stay in Destin but really liked this listing. The house is very close to everything and centrally located making it very convenient to get to Destin or Navarre. The house was very clean and nicely remodeled. The owners communicated with us prior to visiting and made special arrangements for us on the first day so that we could get out enjoy the beautiful weather. We didn’t have any issues come up with the house. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Owners suggested local boat rental that was minutes away that we used twice making it much easier to get on water quickly and drive over to Crab Island without having to mess with Destin and Harbor traffic. The kids really enjoyed the inter coastal sandbars as well suggested by the homeowners. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
