Newly Renovated Home w/pool - 5 minutes from the beach!

Our newly-renovated split-level home is ideal for groups of 6-8 guests with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Located in downtown FWB, our home is close to all the action of the Emerald Coast!

The Space:

The main level features an open floor plan that includes the kitchen, dining and living space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal.

The open living room features ample seating and lounge space, a dining table for 8, cozy coastal decor and a large flat screen Smart TV to stream your favorite movies and shows.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with basic cooking/kitchenware for all your cooking needs. The stainless steel appliances, gas range and large island with bar seating are perfect for any chef. Off the kitchen step outside to the large covered patio to catch a breeze with an evening cocktail or morning coffee by the in-ground pool.

The upper level has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a King bed complete with a full ensuite bathroom with large walk-in glass shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a full bath just outside the room.

On lower level you'll find a third bedroom, laundry room, and bonus room. The bedroom opens up to the back patio and pool and has a half bath. The bonus room is the perfect space to watch a movie our a big game on it 75" Smart TV. The large sofa folds out to a queen bed if an additional bed is needed. There is also an Air Assault stationary bike for a great workout!

Unwind and grill by the backyard pool and fire pit after your day at the beach or on the boat. You'll love how peaceful the family neighborhood is and the quiet street. Walk to the nearby park or to Downtown Fort Walton Beach.

Our driveway is large enough for 4 cars. Two of the spots are covered by a carport.

The house is 0.5 miles from Downtown FWB, 1.5 miles to Okaloosa Island Beaches, 0.25 miles to our neighborhood boat launch, 12 minutes to Destin and 10 minutes to Eglin AFB's main gate.

We loved everything about our stay. The house is roomy and updated. We loved the way the living area was decorated and the kitchen was very well done. The pool and backyard was perfect. We were there for softball and the fields were right down the street. We went to Destin multiple times, which was a quick and easy drive. If we ever go back we will definitely be looking at staying here again.

Florida trip

Convenient location. The house is within minutes of anything you would want to do. Beautiful home,nice pool, plenty of seating on large patio. Only complaints would be getting down to second living area. We are all in our 60s and failed to see very short step down. We would definitely stay again.

Family Spring Break Vacation

We as a family had a wonderful stay at this home. The location was perfect whether you wanted to visit the Destin area, or go the other direction to Navarre Beach. All mere minutes from the home. The kids enjoyed the pool and the neighborhood was extremely quiet. Had a few question for the host and he responded immediately. Defiantly a 10 out 10 experience with this property. Thank you for having us!

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay here. The property was amazing especially the pool. It was a very peaceful neighborhood as well and close to everything. Property manager was very quick to answer any questions and to fix any issue we had. Would 10/10 recommend

So we had a family emergency in FWB and this house gave us the privacy and comfort we needed. Will is awesome to work with and very understanding to our circumstances- will be staying here everytime we come to visit.

Perfect location

We were in town for a travel ball tournaments the house gave us a great location since it was near the ballfields and places to eat. The pool was perfect for evenings so we could relax before another day of ball. Will was a great host and checked in to make sure everything was great. Definitely will stay again if we have another tournament.

Perfect Vacation

Our stay was amazing. The house was very well kept, the patio/pool area was very nice. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we could possibly need for our stay. Everything was local and just a short drive away. 10/10 would come back again and I recommend staying here.

Fall break.

When we first arrived we had a little bit of a hiccup. However, William was able to get it taken care of right away with a quick response. The location worked out perfectly for us as we have family in Mobile and Bonifay. The house had everything we needed and was close to all the beaches, shops and restaurants. The kids loved the pool and all the pool toys.

Family getaway in FWB

Will was always available. Check in was convenient. The house was wonderful. We enjoyed the pool daily and the backyard. The location is close to everywhere. The neighborhood is very quiet. Kitchen was well set up with accessories and appliances. We will stay again.

Overall decent stay…

We had a nice stay at this location as the house was accommodating as I was able to cook meals easily in the kitchen. Communication was good and check in was easy and convenient. The pool was nice to have as well. The neighborhood was nice, quiet, and convenient to our location and the bedrooms were comfortable. The dining and living area are nice and open. The house was clean but could use a deep clean in some areas (bathrooms and rugs—lots of sand leftover). The owner told us upon checking about the noise from washer and dryer but it was still unbearable. Lots of mosquitoes, flies, and roaches were also alarming. As far as roaches, we did reach out to owner and she offered to send someone to spray but we had already brought our things inside and we’re settled and did not want to combat bug spray in the house, as that needs time to settle and air out.It would have also been good to know the yard guy was coming to cut grass, as there was a note about the pool maintenance and trash schedule along with someone coming without notice to put together the fire pit (a heads up was given about delivery and where to put it).

Lovely remodeled home. Well appointed kitchen. The griddle on the range was great to have. Amazing WI-FI throughout the house. Two nice smart tvs perfect for making adult and kid spaces. Comfortable beds, nice pool and great location for activities and restaurants.

Awesome host and home

Great little place that’s well maintained and updated. The pool right outside was such a nice added feature. Location was great for the main stripe in Destin, the only thing we could figure it was a beach to walk to vs drive. Grocery store is right up the street as well. We ended up using the air mattress provided as the pull out bed was a bit too thin for comfort. Will, the host, was fabulous and very helpful throughout our stay!

Wedding Party House

Our group came to Fort Walton for our friend’s wedding. Most of our group was in the wedding and wanted to be able to stay together. This house was perfect for our large group. We took full advantage of the pool and grill. Will was very quick to respond and also very kind throughout the booking process and during our stay. If we find ourselves back in Fort Walton with a group of people, we will definitely be staying here again.

Great Family Rental

This is a very nice property in a quite neighborhood. We had 5 adults 2 pre-teens on our trip and there was plenty of room in the house for all of us. Everything we needed was provided. It is a short 4 mile drive to the beach. There are many nice restaurants nearby. And plenty to do for the kids. We will definitely use this place again if available.

Great updated house with private pool!

The house is updated and stylish. The private pool with covered patio was perfect for our family. The house, pool, and yard were well maintained. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood with a short drive to beach. We had one small issue and the owner responded and helped us out right away. We’d love to stay there again if we travel back to the area.

Spring break 2023

The property is amazing. Beautiful home with all you need to be comfortable. Close enough to the beach. Kids had a great time swimming.÷ven though it was a little chilly for us adults. Family Vacation

My family of 6 stayed here for our vacation! It was a blast! It had more than enough space! Loved the pool and the neighborhood was quite. Close to the beach and stores. I will definitely be back. Will was so easy to reach and text back immediately. Thank you Will for letting us stay in your home.

Relaxing weekend

We had a great time at this beautiful property. We were in town for an event at the convention center. We were in a prime location for dining, convention center and grocery store runs. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint. The home is clean and has great natural light. Plenty of room for a family of five. My boys loved swimming in the pool and hanging out in the downstairs den to play video games. We spent plenty of time relaxing by the pool and grilling burgers for Mother’s Day. We would come back any time!
