In addition to a fully equipped laundry room, there is an air mattress that can be set up in the dining room area or master bedroom. The community also has a mini hiking trail with an alluring view of the area and sunset/sunrise. The community pool is only a few houses down the property and has a dog park near the entrance of the subdivision. However, your furry friend will enjoy all the running room they will have in the backyard.
