In the living area there is a sofa-bed and coffee table. At the balcony there is a couple of chairs and a table to have a rest moment or to join an outdoor meal, coffee time or relaxing moment with a glass of wine in hand.

Just in front of the building (with a view from balcony) there is a free access public sports center with two tennis courts, two basket ball courts and an olympic running track. At the other side, only have block away, is the 5th Avenue, with great local coffee and chocolate shop, many restaurantes of all kinds, barber shops, drugstore, boutiques, etc.
You do not need a car to move around the zone, unless you want to get out of town. In case you want to take a bike ride, is easy to find a place to rent it.
