We welcome guests to our stylish and historic 1886 property on Main St, helping them make special memories, explore the best of Kingsville, and have the inspiring and relaxing getaways that they deserve. We are steps from great dining in Kingsville's downtown and minutes from the coastal wine routes, natural areas and beaches, as well as golf courses, marinas, and heritage sites.

There are stunning and inspiring spaces to discover throughout, including a sweeping grand staircase, a gourmet kitchen complete with Viking gas range, soaring 10 ft ceilings, intricate trim work, and beautifully designed spacious living spaces perfect for connecting with family and friends. 
The main level features an open-concept living area off the chef's kitchen with gas fireplace and smart TV. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large dining area with panoramic windows. The grand formal living room features luxurious and comfortable seating with plenty of space for stunning group photos. The private study is stocked full of books, board games and craft supplies which can serve as a separate kids zone,  private workspace, or additional bedroom with a 20" thick Queen sized electric air mattress. The main level also hosts a stylish half bath and laundry area. 
Upstairs you'll find four beautifully and uniquely designed bedrooms each hosting a queen bed with luxurious linens, side tables and ample storage. The main bedroom includes a gorgeous vanity with large mirror for getting ready and ample space for getting ready. At the end of the hall is the stunning main bathroom with large walk-in shower, double vanity and heated floors. 
The home is equipped with all of the essentials needed to enjoy your stay, including bedding, towels, toiletries, coffee & tea, sugar & cream, cooking oil & spray, essential spices and complete cooking & serving ware.

We are currently redesigning the private outdoor living space which will be completed by April 2024. It will feature a firepit under a string lit pergola with seating for 8. We will also have corn hole and ladder ball for outdoor fun!
