Welcome to our fully furnished 1800s Bungalow. Located just minutes from most attractions such as Point Pelee National Park, Seacliff Park with the Sunset Ampatheatre, Pellee Island Ferry, Colasanti Tropical Gardens and many wineries in the area. We can host up to 9 adults and a baby. There are 5 steps up to the large front porch and leading to the front door. There is also a side entrance with a deck which also has 5 steps. The driveway is just for our guest to use. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has some extras behind that you may have forgotten placed behind the mirror.
Very comfortable and spacious multi-floor house, a sort of duplex, but totally private and quiet. All amenities are of recent installation and work very well. The place is spotless. Ample off parking . An exceptionally good thing about the house is the location: well positioned to explore the Piedmont and Lombardy, we traveled to Aosta, Lago Maggiore, Milan, Torino, Genoa and all up down the wine country in the Piedmont hills. Aosta at about 2 hours drive was the most distant. There is a COOP in the nearby town of Trino, many fine restaurants and cantinas in the area. Manuela runs the nearby pub, The Iron Cutter also nearby with an excellent menu. Just off a kitchen terrace is a beautiful view of the nearby church and valley. Manuela very very personable and helpful...we had no problems whatsoever in this stay and would recommend it highly.
We're birders, so proximity to park and other spots Wass ideal. And returning to middle of town, where end of day meal or shopping was right there -- again, ideal. Thanks for a great stay.
We enjoyed our stay very much, it is a beautiful house, well organized and well thought out. We were able to find everything we needed. Quiet zone and one more, we had the chance to see northern lights.
Perfect spot to rest after a day spent cycling local trails. Comfortable and well-appointed with some thoughtful extra touches by our host. Nearby restaurants for dining out as well as a grocery store for eating in and/or prepping meals for the next day's adventures
We loved this little home. A perfect spot for a group of friends. We stayed here the night before we caught the ferry to Pelee Island. So lovely to enjoy Lemington before our day on the island. 3 bedrooms - with very comfy beds. The living room area was ideal for hanging out and chatting. And a lovely front porch which we enjoyed in the evening and early morning. All the amenities. And our host left us some wonderful snacks! Highly recommend this home and this host!
Absolutely a perfect place to relax at the end of a busy day, very clean and welcoming the moment we arrived.
So many extras and little things that where a pleasant surprise not found in a average hotel room or Inn.
Simona was prompt and professional with any and all questions that we had.
We will always schedule our stays here anytime we come back in the future.
My wife and I rate this a 6 stars , better than most 5 stars we have ever stayed at.
Very Clean home, attention to details is superior to most
We would come back!

This home has been set up with a great deal of care. Everything is new, clean and professionally arranged to make your stay the best it can be.
The beds are very very comfortable with high quality mattresses and pillows.
The host has provided a lot of extras in the bathroom and kitchen for guests to use.
The location is ideal for getting around Leamington.
Our host was available to answer questions and made sure we were settled in and our needs were met.
We will certainly say here again on our return visit to the area.
I Simona have owned and operated Simona's Flowers and Home Accents since 1989. My husband and Co Host Vic and I live next door to The Bungalow. We bought our home in 1992. We had the old stone garage removed and added a flower shop. Eventually, Vic began his Mortgage Architect business and it only made sense that he open his office upstairs of the flower shop.
The Bungalow is located next door to our home. It is perfect for us to be available for our guests at any time. Since I own the flower shop next door, I can decorate the fireplace and offer it for wedding pictures. There is
It's an old exterior with updated interiors. We kept the high baseboards, beam in the ceiling and french doors leading into the master bedroom. We decided to keep all the trim in the wood stain instead of painting it. We are constantly upgrading.
