The Space:
Welcome to Monterey Bay Suites located in beautiful Myrtle Beach, SC! This unit is located in an oceanfront resort, so not only will you enjoy the unobstructed oceanview from your balcony but it will only take a few minutes to get down to the beach. The resort has a relaxing lazy river and pool, along with many other incredible amenities.

Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat.

Parking: Easy access private parking lot with secured entry. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, RVs or boats in the parking lot.

Entry: Complex Elevator Available! Self check-in with keypad.

Kitchen: Stocked with many amenities.

Living Area: Plenty of seating. Murphy bed. Access to Oceanfront balcony via sliding glass doors.

Bathroom: Full bathtub and shower.

Balcony: Private balcony with an unobstructed oceanview.

Beach: Walk a few minutes through the resort to access the beach! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Other Amenities: Pools and lazy river. HOA owned and operated. Operation hours vary based on the seasonal conditions.

Guest Access:
Guests will have the condo to themselves.

The unit is located in Monterey Bay Suites - situated in a highly desired section of Myrtle Beach, SC. Nearby you will find all the attractions, shopping, and restaurants that our area has to offer!

Getting Around:
2 parking passes are provided for your stay. Ubers, Taxis, Lyfts, etc. are also readily available in our area.

Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.
Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

Routine pest control through the HOA occurs on the 3rd Tuesday of February, May, August, and November. Technician entry is required per HOA rules/regulations.

Cancellation Policy - Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. PLEASE NOTE: Depending on the booking platform, guests may be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.

No pets. Minimum booking age 25. Max guest count is 6.
