The house is located 6 km directly opposite of the city of Nafplio, just 1.5 km from the beautiful fishing village of Kios, in Temenio, next to a protected Wetland of the Erasinos river.

On the raised ground floor there is a kitchen living room combo with a comfortable sofa and a large dining room with 8 chairs and a large functional fireplace.
The kitchen, in addition to the electric cooker, the extractor and the large refrigerator, is fully equipped with everything the visitor needs, such as glasses, plates, cutlery, kitchen utensils, but also all the necessary household electrical appliances (kettle, multi, toaster, filter coffee maker, lemon juicer, etc).
On this level there is also a large functional bathroom with a washing machine.
The large terrace on the first level has an amazing view of the Gulf of Argolis and of course Nafplion.
A large and safe internal staircase leads to the second floor of the building.
On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms.
One of them (Master Bedroom) has a large double bed and also a bathroom.
The other three bedrooms have large double beds.
The two bedrooms lead to terraces that overlook the Argolic Gulf and, of course, Nafplion, while the third overlooks the Erasinos river wetland.
On the second floor there is also another large functional bathroom.
The house is air-conditioned and heated with central heating.
There is also an open parking space that wide enough for 2 cars.
Almyros sea front villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people at the same time.
There are 2 televisions, a 32' in the master bed room and a 50' in the living room as well as free WiFi.
Of course, the apartment also has all the necessary electrical appliances, such as a vacuum cleaner, electric iron with ironing board, hair dryer, etc.
