Luxury Villa near Nafplio with panoramic views of the sea, Tolo & Mount Asini.

luxury villa for 6-8 people (8 people using sofa bed) with extensive ground and pool. 3 large balconies with sea views, jacuzzi & large outdoor kitchen. 10 minutes drive to Nafplio, located in Tolo this secluded villa has truly breath-taking, panoramic views of the valley to the sea beyond.

The villa is set over 3 floors with 3 balconies and a hotel-sized private pool, gorgeous gardens as well as an outdoor kitchen complete with BBQ and pizza oven, this villa has everything you need for a luxury escape.
Lots of beaches under 5 minutes drive and Nafplio 10 minutes away with the castle and lovely cobbled streets great shops and restaurants.
We bought the villa as we stayed in it for 2 years on holiday and loved it so much that when it came up for sale bought it.

Villa Amenities
Open plan sitting room, dining room and kitchen with Miele hob, oven and steam oven, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, coffee machine, orange juice maker, toaster, kettle. microwave, Smart TV, DVD player.

Large balcony area off main sitting room with seating area, extensive views over sea and mountains external lights so great to sit out in the evenings as well.

Large master bedroom with double bed, ensuite shower room, 2 balconies, fitted wardrobe, safe, air conditioning and TV. Two large balconies with sea and mountain views off the bedroom. Electric shutters.

2 additional double bedrooms each with ensuite shower rooms, Patio doors leading directly onto the gardens, fitted wardrobes, TV and air conditioning. Electric shutters.

Second sitting room on lower ground floor with double sofa bed that can be split into two single beds or one double bed. Extra foldout bed if required to be requested. Double french doors out to gardens and seating areas.

Air-conditioning throughout the villa, TV in sitting room and the three bedrooms.

Hot tub – available at no extra cost, however, we ask that you shower before using it. Note: this needs to be requested in advance to be set up.

Outside
The villa is located up a steep hill so a car is essential but it a few minutes away from 3 lovely beaches, bars, shops and restaurants.

Entrance – electric gates to villa and long driveway with lots of parking, we advise keeping the gates closed.

Large garden and Olive Trees – The gardens are on 3 levels with several seating areas, outdoor kitchen and the top area of garden is Olive trees which you are welcome to explore

Outdoor kitchen with BBQ and dining area, lots of external lights light up the garden in the evening

Pool – Large swimming pool with sunbeds around the pool and seating areas. Pool lights up at night.

Jacuzzi with views over the sea, available on request to allow time to have it set up.

Please ensure young children are supervised as there 2 sets of stairs and also please supervise around the large pool as it has a deep end

Guest access
The whole villa, grounds, swimming pool and parking are private and only for guests use. It is set in an area of villas but it completely private.
