There is also an open kitchen where the stove, microwave, fridge, cookware, dishes and silverware, washer are. It has everything that will help you in preparing delicious meals whether be it for you or your loved ones.

Walk your way to the bedroom and a king sized bed will welcome you that comes with a top-quality mattress fitted with hotel-quality linens and pillows to ensure a comfortable sleep. This elegant and spacious area is furnished with side tables, modern table lamps and built in wardrobes to complete the ambiance.

Downtown Dubai is perhaps what comes to most people’s minds when they think of this city. Here is where you’ll find- The Burj Khalifa, Dubai’s incredible skyscraper, which stands at a staggering height of 2,722 feet (829.6 m) with 163 floors. Other highlights include the Dubai Mall, a record holder for the world’s largest shopping mall. Apart from over 1,000 stores, the Dubai Mall also houses numerous attractions dedicated to recreation and entertainment, such as multiplex cinemas, an Olympic size ice rink, The Dubai Fountain, Dubai Aquarium and Underwater zoo and Souk Al Bahar. Over the top, Downtown Dubai is guaranteed to exceed all your expectations!

The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis are usually frequent around here to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai by riding a train, the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall metro station is 11 minutes away. You can get on a train and get around Dubai easily.

Many things are accessible by foot as well (restaurants, cafe, pharmacy, supermarkets).

The fastest and easiest way from DXB by taxi (30min). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (45 minutes, 7.5 AED per person).

In accordance with the local laws, we will need a copy of passport of all guests checking in which will be uploaded on the DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commercial Marketing ) portal. Housekeeping, airport transfers, laundry and other services can be provided during your stay at an extra cost. Baby cots and Baby high chairs are subject to availability. Smoking is allowed on balcony only. Parties are not allowed. Please be respectful of 'rules of the land' and the neighbors.
