Please note that our guest's privacy is one of our number one priorities and there are no cameras, no conversations are recorded, and no data loopholes. This helps to ensure that there will be no parties, events or crowding inside the property. This device monitors noise levels and notifies Management if it gets too loud. If Management gets notified of excessive noise or crowding you will be evicted immediately and you will forfeit all monies paid including your security deposit.***
