Venez séjourner avec nous lors de votre voyage à Myrtle Beach dans notre condo 2 chambres entièrement meublé situé au quatrième étage dans un bâtiment d'ascenseur. Profitez d'un coucher de soleil paisible sur notre balcon en regardant le soleil briller sur le bord du magnifique lac, situé juste à l'extérieur du condo. Piscine (l'un des nombreux) est également situé à l'extérieur du condo et peut être vu depuis le balcon.

Nous sommes situés dans la communauté renommée de Myrtlewood Golf, où vous pourrez vous détendre tout en profitant de quelques parties entre amis et en famille sur le vert majestueux.

La plage est à seulement 3 minutes et est une droite abattu 48th Avenue North se terminant par l'un des nombreux accès à la plage publique (avec un parking gratuit dans cette partie de la ville). Nous sommes également situés à quelques minutes de toutes les attractions de Myrtle Beach, y compris Broadway on the Beach, Cal Ripkin, Nascar Speed Park, Hard Rock Café, Planet Hollywood, parc aquatique Waves, et des miles de belles plages de sable et bien plus encore!

La chambre principale est meublée avec un lit king-size qui peut être divisé en 2 lits jumeaux. La deuxième chambre est meublée avec deux lits jumeaux, TV avec câble et lecteur DVD.
Notre salon dispose d'une zone de détente meublée avec goût qui comprend une grande télévision à écran LCD avec lecteur de DVD. Le canapé-lit peut accueillir 2 personnes supplémentaires (total 6 adultes).

Notre cuisine est entièrement équipée, vous pouvez cuisiner un repas ou cuisiner tous les jours.
Pour votre confort, sèche-cheveux, fer et planche à repasser sont également fournis.
Peu de dégâts, pas de problème, un aspirateur léger est disponible.

La table à manger peut accueillir six personnes.

Fantastic!

We made a last minute decision to get in a quick beach vacation and it was perfect! Sal was so easy to work with and so accomodating, communication was immediate. Condo was clean, spacious, convenient and has a beautiful balcony overlooking the lake with a fountain. Exactly everything we needed and wanted! Thank you so much!!!

Great place and location

The complex that these condos are in are the best. We almost purchased a condo here but opted for a newly constructed villa in the area. Love the location, the 4th floor view and the quality of the buildings. This condo was well maintained and my family had a wonderful stay.

Amazing Property

This was an amazing stay! It was exactly what we expected! Sal gave me very detailed information about what we should expect, things they liked done and what we should do when we leave. If I ever need to stay in the area again I will be looking for this property first!

Great time with the girls at the 2017 CCMF

We really enjoyed the condo. Overall our stay was great! It was very clean and the view was beautiful by the lake. The only problem we had was the wasp on the balcony. There were many nest even under the table. We knocked them all down but the wasp were everywhere all weekend. Thanks again for sharing your place!!

Perfect Location

We were down there for a baseball tournament (Ripken Experience) and this place was at perfect location for this. The drive to the ball park everyday was 10mins even with traffic on Hwy17. Broadway at the beach/water park/mini golf are all about 10mins away which provide a lot of things to do with the family. Sal was great with communication. Check in and out were a breeze. House had everything you needed for a stay. Very clean! Pictures don't do it justice. Very spacious with an open floor layout with kitchen dinning room and living room. There was only one thing negative that we experienced and that was lack of water pressure in the shower were the laundry is attached. main bedroom shower worked fine. This was a great place and would definitely rent again if we go back.

Beautiful Unit

My family and I enjoyed our time in this unit and would recommend to others. I contacted Sal several times during our stay and he always responded promptly. We even needed to get back in after checkout for something left behind and Sal assisted us and even checked back to make sure we found what we needed. We ran into one small issue when we arrived. Within a couple of minutes of arriving, the vacationers below us came up to tell us that we were being too loud and asked us to please tiptoe. I let them know that we were just arriving and the noise they heard was maybe us placing our bags down. I said we would be respectful & mindful, but we would not be walking on our toes for a week. We didn't hear anything else from them. Other than that, we had a great week! Would definitely come back.

Very Disappointed.

I read all the reviews on here and was excited to stay at this Villa since I have stayed in this area before and loved it.Everyone raved how clean it was so I thought it was going to be a place for my family. The first thing I had to do when I got there with my husband and two small children was revacuum the entire condo which the owner apologized for. The owner was very easy to deal with, but his cleaning crew needs revamping. The problem was that the vacuum was so jammed packed with dirt we had to empty it ourselves inorder for the vacuum to even suck up anything. Also, there was a dirty pile of linens from the previous guests in the kitchen along with dirty plastic utensils on the counter. We had no clean linens until I called the owner which he then had brought over within the hour. The condo was very nice with the furnishings, but cleansliness is a huge factor with me especially because I have small children and it wasn't very clean. The balcony has four large screws sticking up from the concrete floor which was another thing that was unsafe for the kids when we were out there. I also wished that there was a tv in the master bedroom because we were always out in the living room until late watching the Olympics when we could've already be in bed watching it. Not all the outlets in the master bedroom worked, the door in by the washing machine was completely unhinged and no one came to fix it during our stay. This was another issue with safety for the kids so I put the door inside of the closet itself. We were promised extra toiletries for our inconvenience which we never received nor were we asked if we received anything. This is a great location, I hope this review helps the owner to solve these problems for future guests because he is truely easy to deal with and his place is nice it just has a few things that needs attention.

Great Stay

Our family members stayed for a long weekend. Location was great, just minutes from the beach, restaurants and attractions. The unit was spacious and clean, very appealing. Made good use of the pools and BBQ grills. All had a wonderful time. Would definitely come back again.

Overall Excellent Stay would stay again! Close to Everything

Lovely place clean and spacious. A few very small things like you must supply your own incidentals if your staying more than a day or two. Everything was super clean! Bed was comfy. I loved hearing the water fountain at night. Sal was a great communicator when I had any questions.

Great location and property

Everything about this rental is amazing!! From the beginning, Sals lines of communication were always open!! He was flexible with our check in process as well as our change of dates due to our airline carrier. The location is perfect...close to the airport, the beach, food, shopping and entertainment. I’m so happy I went off the reviews and not just the photos. Thank you so much Sal. We had a blast!

A perfect gem for a family

This rental property was immaculate and perfectly placed. Within 5 minutes to Broadway at the beach, the strip and beach. We stay have stayed in the complex at another property and this one was just as great.

Beach Trip

This was a super place to stay and we travel all over using VRBO. Location was perfect, quick trip to the beach by car, close restaurants, super clean, and had all the things we need to do some food preparation. Would like to have had one more chair in the living area, the complex pools we smaller than usual,, and we needed to buy some hand soaps for the bathrooms. Overall, minor things did not take away from a great stay. Would stay again!

Home away from home

We were a little nervous when we booked this property because, there weren’t many pictures. We were pleasantly surprised when we saw the condo! The pictures do not do it justice. It is in a beautiful neighborhood. We never had any problems with noise or anything else from people around us. There are several nice pools close to the condo. Communication with the owner, Sal, was wonderful. Every time I had to contact him, he was very quick to respond. Would definitely stay again!

Immaculate Condo

This condo exceeded our expectations. The owner is responsive and friendly, the place was SPARKLING clean and tastefully decorated with everything you would need for your stay. The parking was plentiful, elevator was quick and check-in/out was a breeze. The quiet, well-manicured community is a short drive away from everything. My favorite part was chatting and drinking coffee on the large, private balcony while taking in the peaceful views! I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Comforts of Home

Great place to stay with family!! The community and property was beautiful and conveniently located to everything. The best part was how comfortable the condo was and how in a short drive you were at the beach! Sal was easy to communicate with and very accommodating from beginning to end. I highly recommend the rental and would rent again in the future.

Great Location

We have stayed at Myrtlewood Condos for two different dance competitions at the convention center. It is convenient to all the attractions, great pools and close enough to the beach, if you’re not looking to stay on the beach. Renting was easy. Reserved on line and received the code to the condo about a week before our trip. Condo was what we expected. Great place to stay for the week!

Great, as always

This condo as well as the owner are great. Great communication and super nice. The photos do not do this place justice. Living / Kitchen area have so much room, nice size bedrooms, always clean. The area is quite and always feels safe. Thank you as always enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again next year!

Great place to stay!

My family and I stayed here for a week vacation and loved it. Great location to many attractions. Very clean and excellent communication with the owner. Would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would remcommend changing is the mattresses and additional pillows.

Had a wonderful time at Sals condo

We enjoyed our 3 month stay at Sale Condi,he was a great landlord. The only issue we had was the bed was a little uncomfortable.Talked to Zal about it and he said he would take care of that,had I told him sooner he would have done done it while I was there. Other than that every thing was Great.

Great location and very nice condo in a beautiful complex

Myself and three other ladies had a wonderful time in a beautiful location of Myrtle Beach. The condo was nicely furnished and very roomy. It was really convenient to lots of restaurants, shopping and attractions. Even though it rained most of the time, we still got a few hours in one of the pools which was very nice and close to our condo. I was pleasantly impressed with the owner Sal, who was anxious to please and was super responsive with any questions I had. If you want a smooth transaction in planning a great vacation, Sal is the honest guy you want to deal with. Unit 402 in building 4811 on Magnolia Lakes Dr is like your home away from home.
