Here for family business with other siblings— not on vacation— so did not utilize golf or pools, etc., although it all looked inviting! Perfect location and layout for our needs. In my opinion the property needs new mattresses and upgraded bath and kitchen towels (and more of them). Ease of renting and overall communication wonderful. I believe you’d be happy renting this property.

Beautiful condo.

Recently returned from Myrtle Beach and stayed at this beautiful condo. Nicely decorated and very clean. Great location, close the golf courses, restaurants and shopping. Will certainly stay here again.

Softball tournament

We stayed here for a softball tournament. Great location, very easy to get in and out of. Check in process was simple. Well stocked kitchen! Would happily stay here again.

Great place to stay

The place had everything we needed. One thing to keep in mind in the room that is listed as 3 beds has one bed and two cots. One of our guests had to sleep in a cot for the entire stay and was not great for him. Other than that the place was perfect for what we needed.

Beach 2022

This condo was perfect for us and our two small children , my parents, and another couple. Checking in with a code was nice since we were all ready to get out of the car. I would book here again. Very clean and the beds and couches were comfy and clean as well.

Spring Getaway

Overall, very good experience. Very clean and comfortable unit. Great Location, short drives to many different Myrtle Beach area attractions and restaurants. Only improvements I would recommend would be repairs to the window treatment to the patio and vent in bathroom off the middle bedroom (partially detached from ceiling)

Perfect place in a great location

We stayed here during Spring Break, April 2023, for the Cal Ripken baseball experience. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect condo to accommodate our family. It was extremely clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and conveniently located to the baseball field, Broadway at the Beach and local restaurants. We especially enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the screened in back porch with a beautiful view of the grounds. We highly recommend staying here.

Nice condo

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was nicely furnished - we appreciated having bedroom dressers and little things, like having enough hangers. The owner reached out when there was an appliance to be replaced and kept us up to date. We have stayed at Magnolia Pointe before but this was our favorite condo and would stay here again if it is available on our next visit.

Great location and stay

The location, check in process and condition of condo was excellent. Very spacious and comfortable. Super quiet location which was nice. Excellent walking paths nearby. Convenient to Broadway at the Beach, the oceanfront and Ripken baseball. Small concerns were we did not receive response on email question prior to arrival, master bedroom king bed has divot in center so is wearing out and not quite enough toiletry products for 5 night stay. Overall outstanding place and would rent this again.

Awesome stay!

They literally thought of everything. This condo was beautifully appointed and very clean and comfortable. We arrived late night and couldn’t figure out the entry lock on the front door so we had to call and leave a message for the host. She called right back gave us instructions and let us know she was there to help if we needed anything for the rest of our stay. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it for other families.

Suggestions to make this a superb stay

Thank you for a lovely stay in this condominium property. We felt safe and very comfortable. Suggestions: Clean the carpet in the 3 bedrooms, carpeting is VERY soiled; need cable access on ALL TV's - we could not enjoy the smart TV's for local news, weather, sports, etc. - cable was only available on the very small TV's in 2 smaller bedrooms. Replace or provide clean potholders in kitchen and more than 1 kitchen towel needed. Bathrooms had -0- hand towels - only bath towels and washcloths provided. Refrigerator was left on the coldest setting and realized only when our fruit/vegetables were frozen overnight. The entry floor was very sticky upon arrival with our shoes sticking to the tile floor. Had these tiny issues not occurred, we would describe the property as SUPERB. We would definitely recommend!
