Cheerleading competition weekend

3 moms and daughters for a cheer competition weekend. Very comfortable beds, clean, convenient. Plenty of room. Responsive and helpful management. Would definitely stay again

Myrtlewood Villas

Just two Senior men on a golf vacation. Arrived Masters weekend and main 75in TV is internet based and did it work all weekend. Host contact stated they had never had this problem before and she called a technician and was waiting for a response. That TV was on and off all week and the internet was horrible all week and no one ever showed up to correct. Had to hot spot my computer to my phone to do any work. Monday front door handle almost completely broke a technician showed up at 10pm that night. Could not fix and promised to be back by 11am next day. Never showed. Contact the Host rep again and she said it still worked and they ordered a new door that would arrive in two days. Left four days later and still not fixed. Overall the condo is dated. Stained couches and broken dressers in two rooms. Worked ok for two guys but wouldn’t bring my family there Kitchen well equipped. But only two chairs on the Patio. Strange for a three bedroom. Myrtlewood is a great location that we have been renting in for twenty years and this was the most disappointing we have had. A little work and this place could be great. Unfortunately right now it’s not.

Bug Infested

Upon arriving to the rental, we were met by spiders, roaches, and unknown black bugs throughout the home. They were in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, crawling up the dining room chairs, and in the living room areas. We reached out to the local contact. She did not respond until we contacted Evolve. We asked if she could bring bug spray to get us through the night. The local contact never bought us the bug spray, never had the exterminator show up as she stated she would. Instead, she bought us shampoo and q-tips and told us the bugs don't bite, which is an awful excuse. There were no pillow cases for 2 of the 3 bedrooms, insufficient towels in the bathrooms, damp towels and laundry in the dryer. The rental was not properly cleaned. The kitchen floor was dirty. Hair was in the bathroom sink and tub. The local contact bought us pillow cases and advised that she would come the next morning and bring us more towels since there were hardly any in the rental and she took the towels that I began to dry since they were left there previously. When asked what time she would be coming the next morning, she said it was Bike Week and she wanted to sleep in. She never came back, never responded, or called again for the remainder of our stay. We had to go and buy our own cleaning supplies and bugs spray to clean the home to prevent bugs from crawling all over us, especially while we slept. We had to eat out for every meal as the kitchen has bugs in the cabinets and it did not feel sanitary even after we cleaned. There were greasy pots and bowls under the cabinets that had not been washed. The patio was filthy. I had to reach out to Evolve a few times for a status update. A one star rating is too high. Our vacation was ruined and a disaster.
