Enjoy your stay in this wonderful apartment where you will not miss anything: terrace with spectacular views, gym, parking, proximity and private security.

You can reach Bellas Artes in 25 minutes on foot or 7 minutes on a bicycle that you can rent at one of the nearby Ecobici stations in the city. Take a walk to Paseo de la Reforma Avenue or to one of the restaurants, bars or cafes in the Roma neighborhood, which is just a few meters away.

*In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare your meals.
*In the living room there is a TV with streaming apps.
*In the bedroom a queen size bed equipped and closet with hooks, iron and ironing board.
*In the bathroom amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand soap.
*There is a convenience store almost in front of the building.

We do not have a washer and dryer, but ask for our free laundry service.

The parking space is shared with two other apartments. You may have to wait for the cars in front of you to move your vehicle. Your car key may need to be kept in a locker with security so as not to disturb you when your car needs to be moved. :)

Access to the gym is only available with a reservation of at least 15 nights.

- No smoking inside
- Pets are limited to: small to medium sized dogs and cats.
- No smoking inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed only on the terrace.
- Use of the gym must be from Monday to Friday from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.
weekends and holidays 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Check the requirements to use the gym. Remember that it is only available for reservations of more than 15 nights.

Breaking any of the above will result in a fine of $4,000 MXN and cancellation of the reservation.

Losing the keys or access card will lead to a fine of $500 mxn. Immediately notify the host if this happens.
