This beautiful apartment is spread over 66 sqm and has capacity for 2 people. It is located on the 25th floor of Jam Marina Residence in Dubai Marina.
The living room features a cozy interior, with a large L-shaped beige sofa and one creamy pouf, a coffee table and TV unit - topped with a smart TV. The room is nicely decorated with a colored wall, lamps, colorful rug, and painting. It is naturally well-lit, thanks to the large glass door giving access to a private balcony with a table and two chairs, overlooking the mesmerizing sea.
Next to the living area an open U-shaped kitchen, with a large counter top and two high chairs. It has granite countertops and wooden cabinets. It is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay, including cooking basics, dishwasher, hot water kettle, microwave, oven, toaster, stove, coffee maker, and more.

Inside you will find the charming master bedroom, fully furnished and decorated to suit the artistic side of the rest of the apartment. It comes with a king-size bed dressed with fresh white linen and beige covers, room darkening shades hiding the glass door, night tables with lamps, a table with a mirror, and a wardrobe.
The room has a private full bathroom, including a bathtub with a curtain glass, a wash basin, a toilet, and all the bathroom amenities such as cleaning products, hair dryer, hot water, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, and more.
There’s also a second bathroom for guests at the apartment; it comes with a wash basin and a toilet.

Also, there are two metro stations in Dubai Marina: Sobha Realty Metro Station and DMCC Metro Station. Dubai International Airport is about 25 minutes away (via Sheikh Zayed Road), 6-min drive to get on to Sheikh Zayed Road, Business hub Dubai Media City is 12 minutes away, while DIFC is a 20 minutes’ drive.
