The patio is the star of this home. Complete with a grill to enjoy family time with a view, you’ll be wowed by the beauty of the sea. Beach access is approximately 3 blocks from the home. Great shopping and restaurants nearby. Fireplaces are non operable.
Located in Leucadia, a coastal community of Encinitas, known for relatively secluded beaches and a strong surf culture. The community features art galleries, unusual stores, and restaurants. Notable businesses include Pannikin Coffee & Tea, Haggo's Organic Taco, featured on Food Network's Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives television show, local-favorite Juanitas Taco Shop, Corner Pizza, in addition to Shatto & Sons, a custom t-shirt shop known for their "Keep Leucadia Funky" t-shirts, which has been in Leucadia since 1975.
Experience coastal San Diego North County from this great central location. You can walk to beaches, restaurants and shopping... they are just minutes away. A quick drive will take you to all the San Diego attractions including Legoland, Seaworld, San Diego Zoo, and San Diego Safari Park.

Oceanfront Perfection

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The tastefully decorated condo was equipped with quality amenities. The attention to detail was actually surprising, it was lacking for nothing. Located on a quiet street close to town which made it very accessible to many restaurants, etc. Access to the beach is a short walk down the street. There is no denying the most spectacular aspect of this property is the breathtaking view from the ocean front deck. Having the balcony off the master bedroom is simply a bonus---a perfect place to view the sun set into the ocean each evening.This property is exactly as it is shown. Definitely highly recommend Stubbs Realty and Rental.

Superb View

Although you can’t get a better view, the house itself is lacking at this price point. It has been updated some, but improvements are still needed. The stairs from the garage to the main floor are carpeted and are filthy. This is also the first impression because you enter through the garage. All the bedrooms are carpeted & need replaced as well. The master had an odor but improved with fabric disinfectant. The gas fireplaces were both non-functional, despite the additional energy charge. It is still chilly in SD at night and in the AM, with the coastal climate, and these are needed. Many of the furnishings are outdated. It would be stretching it to call the decor boho chic! Once again, updated furnishings are expected at this price point. The mattresses need replaced too. The master had a dip, and you rolled toward the middle. The downstairs mattress was as hard as a rock with absolutely no give. Although advertised as providing starter toiletries, they were very minimal. There was not hand soap at all sinks. Some of the shampoos were directly from China, & the toilet paper 1 ply. I have seen better at more budget friendly properties. The management company is good, but you do have to pick up the keys/remotes at a location offsite. They provide good housekeeping services. I would rent again but not at the same price point.

Stunning Oceanfront Cliff House

Large comfortable duplex with everything we needed to gather with our family over Easter. The Master Suite upstairs is very large with a huge bathtub overlooking the oceans. Views are breathtaking all over the house. Fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Very nice to have three bathrooms as well. Highly recommend

Oceanfront Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Oceanfront Oasis was fantastic! We were there with our adult son and our sister from Northern CA. The house is in a gorgeous location, right on the ocean. It was also very conveniently located to restaurants, shops and cafe's in Leukadia, and walkable or a short drive to downtown Encinitas. The home was well equipped and furnished, and everyone was very comfortable. Having a bath for each of the 3 bedrooms was particularly nice! We all love to cook, and made 2 really nice meals at home with ease. Good appliances and kitchen tools. The oceanfront deck is a standout feature, and the master bedroom upstairs had a bonus balcony with an even better view. We made sure to have coffee on the deck in the morning and cocktails in the afternoon for sunsets! This is our third year renting from Stubbs, and they are very good to work with. Their properties have all been wonderful, and they are very responsive to their guest's needs (a coffee pot that died was replaced in no time). We will definitely rent with Stubbs again!
