Be our guests in our newly built in 2022 home in the Plaza District decorated in a modern style with nods to OK roots & icons. Leave your cars in the garage & take the 3 minute walk to all the shopping, restaurants, & entertainment of the Plaza District. Short drive or ride share to Fairgrounds, Paseo, Bricktown, Automobile Alley, & so much more that OKC has to offer. Well appointed kitchen, spacious bedrooms & baths, & dedicated workspace with high speed internet will assure your 5-star stay.

The Plaza District in Oklahoma City is a thriving area with most of the shops, restaurants, days spas, and entertainment one street north of Plaza House on 16th. The Plaza Walls in the district is one of the most unique art displays in the country and draws many visitors to the city. The Plaza District neighborhood is seeing a revitalization with new construction homes like the Plaza House and 100 year old homes in which some are beautifully renovated and others which have seen better days that builders and developers are eyeing because of the popularity of the neighborhood.

Although there is a new group of people moving to the area that love living close to the midtown areas of OKC and the Plaza District, many of the neighbors have been in their homes or lived in the neighborhood since they were children. Plaza House is also close to higher education centers such as Oklahoma City University, 8 blocks to the north, and OU Health Science Center, 7 minute drive to the east, so we have many students living in the area as well.

Plaza House is within walking distance to the original Route 66 icon, the Milk Bottle Grocery. It is just south of the Asian District with some of the best restaurants in the city. Bricktown, Automobile Alley, and the Fairgrounds are an easy drive or ride share if you would like to leave your cars in the garage.

For those who would like to cook while at Plaza House, there is a nearby Walmart Neighborhood Market, or just a 10 minute drive to the north up Western Ave., is Whole Foods and Trader Joe's. Check the Scissortail Park schedule for Farmer's Markets too.

Clean, good location

We stayed at the house during a trip to OKC for our kids’ spring break. Our only planned event was a Thunder game and other than that we wanted to be able to explore the city. The house was walkable to The Plaza District which had multiple shops and places to eat. It was a short distance to downtown / Bricktown area where we spent a day exploring. The house was very clean and the entire family enjoyed our stay. Would definitely book this house again.

Wonderful Family Time!

We booked for an early holiday celebration & was able to enjoy some family time together. The home is very large, we had 4 adults and 1 child; however much more would be able to stay and still have plenty of room. Th e host supplies so much for the stay, trust me if it states soaps, hair dryers, plenty of pans dishes to cook with. It is in a great location, we was able to explore the town and not have to drive far. We will be staying here again in the future.

A beautiful home with everything you need!

The home was new & beautiful! It had everything needed for our stay and was very clean. Neighborhood was a mix of very old and new homes and close to the plaza district.

The Plaza District neighborhood is seeing a revitalization with new construction homes like the Plaza House and 100 year old homes in which some are beautifully renovated and others which have seen better days that builders and developers are eyeing because of the popularity of the neighborhood. Plaza House is very well located with our visitors enjoying the short walk to the Plaza District with the Lyric Theater, Improv, award winning restaurants, and fun nightlife such as UpDown with vintage arcade and video games. Plaza House is also within walking distance to the original Route 66 icon, the Milk Bottle Grocery. It is just south of the Asian District with some of the best restaurants in the city. Bricktown, Automobile Alley, and the Fairgrounds are an easy drive or ride share if you would like to leave your cars in the garage. The location is also close to many universities such as Oklahoma City University and OU Health Science Center. Some of the best medical facilities in the state are located within a few minutes drive from Plaza House. For those who would like to cook while at Plaza House, there is a nearby Walmart Neighborhood Market, or just a 10 minute drive to the north up Western Ave., is Whole Foods and Trader Joe's. Check the Scissortail Park schedule for Farmer's Markets too.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Plaza House was built in 2022 and we pride ourselves on having a quality and clean place to stay for our guests. The floors are wood, LVT or tile for cleanliness. No smoking or pets are allowed. Please help us keep our property looking spectacular. The first floor has a wonderful open concept living, kitchen and dining space with the center point as the non-working fireplace with smart TV above to enjoy while relaxing, cooking or socializing in this space. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker for either pods or ground coffee and is well appointed for cooking meals with pots, pans, casserole dishes, crock pot, and other small appliances. Coffee, salt, pepper and oil are provided, and since we use Plaza House ourselves, you might find additional condiments available. Feel free to use. The master bedroom suite has a sitting/reading space along with a king bed and lamps with 110V outlet plugs. The master en suite bathroom is spacious with a walk-in shower, dual vanity and closet with built-in dresser. The secondary bedrooms have queen sized beds and share a jack-n-jill bath with a dual vanity and tub/shower. Secondary bedrooms have lamps with USB plugs. Additional pillows and luggage racks available in the closets. Bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel are provided. For your comfort, there are dual AC and furnaces, one for each level, on separate thermostats. Each bedroom and the living room has ceiling fan. Blackout cellular blinds are located in each bedroom as well. The upstairs bedroom loft hallway is the location of the the desk area for those guests who need a workspace. This dedicated area has a lamp with a USB plug. High speed internet is available throughout home. Books and games are available for guest use in the front hallway cabinet. The spacious garage has room for two vehicles with 20' depth on one side and 17' depth on the other. 2 additional cars can easily fit in the driveway.
