Smoking is only permitted outside, and cigarette butts should be
disposed of properly and not thrown on the ground.

● NO PETS ALLOWED –AUTOMATIC EVICTION AND FORFEIT OF DEPOSIT
AND RENT IF VIOLATED.

● NO TOILET PAPER AND WIPES DOWN THE DRAIN: Please dispose toilet
paper in the waste bin instead of flushing it in the toilet. The SEPTIC
TANK IS not designed to handle toilet paper. Any Wipes or Sanitary
products flushed down the drain may result in a clogged or overflowing
toilet. Failing to follow these rules, you will be liable for the repair cost
due to clogged and overflowing toilets. Thank you for your
understanding.


● NO HOUSE PARTIES – Home is for use by the number of people authorized

● NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED – Any evidence of fireworks may result in immediate eviction with no refund.

● GAS GRILL USE – Do not put charcoal in the gas grill.

● CAMERA: Security Cameras are Outside the House

● GARBAGE PICK-UP – Place all trash in the provide trash Cans

● Guest Must have Profile picture, the host will do due diligence to verify
the identity and guests must agree to follow the house rules.

● Gardener is scheduled on weekdays, if this disrupts your stay,
plese let us know.



● CHECK OUT PROCEDURES -

a. CHECK-OUT NO LATER THAN 10:00 AM
b. All furniture should be returned to its original location.
c. Empty all trash in garbage dumpster
d. Remove and dispose of all food items from refrigerator and pantry/cabinets.
e. Place dishes, utensils, etc. in dishwasher and turn it on when you depart.
f. Remove sheets and all dirty towels and place in laundry area.
g. Put key(s) back in the lock box, leaving both doorknob and deadbolts locked.
