The space:
This home includes a spacious living room, chef's kitchen, two bedrooms each with a king bed and ensuite bath, a hall bath, and a gorgeous porch. There are spectacular views of Mt. Crested Butte from the living room, kitchen, and porch, and each bedroom sports scenic views of the peaks surrounding the area.
Guest access:
You'll have access to our entire condo unit, the building hot tub, parking garage, lobby, ski locker, and all other common areas.
Other things to note:
Pets: The HOA strictly prohibits guests from bringing pets. Service animals are always welcome.
The hot tub is managed by the building HOA, and can be taken offline for repairs or maintenance with no notice. These events are beyond my control and we cannot offer refunds if there is a closure that impacts your stay.
This unit includes space for 2 vehicles.
On-street/Town right-of-way parking is NOT allowed in the Town of Mt. Crested Butte. We provide two parking spaces in our building--one in the indoor parking garage and one in an uncovered outdoor lot immediately adjacent to Treasury Liquor. Additional vehicles will need to park in one of the paid lots in Crested Butte or Mt Crested Butte.
