Vous apprécierez le confort et la commodité de ce condo. De nouveaux étages ont ét�� installés en novembre 2017 (les photos des derniers étages sont à la fin). Tous les nouveaux lits et la literie ont été installés au printemps de 2012, y compris 4 lits queen et un jumeau pour les arrangements de couchage polyvalents. Les chambres sont spacieuses, chacune avec de grandes armoires. Deux portes coulissantes en verre donnent accès au grand balcon. Le salon arbore un tout nouveau canapé-lit avec des chaises confortables latérales. tables et éclairage basse et de nouvelles complètent le salon chaleureux look. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est un feu dans la cheminée; le bois est bien situé par la porte arrière! Accès aux pistes est juste à cette porte aussi!

L'entrée du bâtiment Jokerville est située au premier étage. Il y a un escalier et demi d'escaliers menant au premier étage et un autre vol jusqu'au deuxième étage pour accéder à J-203.

San Moritz est ski-in / ski-out et le bâtiment Jokerville a un grand accès aux pistes - parfait pour les débutants. Votre condo est près de l'ascenseur mur Ouest. Une courte promenade, skis, et vous êtes sur les pistes! Vous pouvez skier en droit à la fin de l'immeuble.

Les infrastructures complexes sont sûrs pour compléter votre expérience. Comme bureau et le personnel sur place, il est facile de vérifier-in / out et répondre à toutes les questions qui se posent lors de votre séjour. Les services de ménage sont fournis pour tous les séjours de 4 nuits ou plus. San Moritz a son propre service de navette privé qui est gratuit avec votre séjour. La navette circule tous les jours pendant la saison de ski à partir de 8h00. m. jusqu'à minuit. En été, la navette circule le week-end à partir de 4h00. m. jusqu'à minuit. Ils vont même ramasser et déposer juste devant votre condo! Pendant l'hiver, vous pouvez également profiter d'un bain dans le bain à remous intérieur. Le sauna est ouvert toute l'année. Pour plus de commodité, chaque bâtiment dispose de 2 laveuses et sécheuses pour les clients. Tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour confortable!

Great family spot

Great location

Ski in ski out, right out the back door is a ski trail to a lift. Nice location, comfortable rooms. Included is a fire starter and fire wood for an authentic wood fire experience.

Just an okay place to stay.

Stayed at this condo for a weekend, immediately noticed that the pictures are somewhat misleading. There is no private balcony, which the picture implies. The condo is old, definitely for a ski get away, we visited in summer, no air. The property itself is nice with some trails to hike and a ski lift right down the hill. We had dogs, this property was very convenient for that.

Thanks for taking time to review. I appreciate your feedback and comments, although I do not agree that the pictures are misleading. The balcony is never stated to be private, and I'm not sure how else to capture that outside deck in a photograph, other than how it is already presented. If having a private balcony is a priority, you can easily submit an inquiry before booking. Our condo complex is, in fact, one of the original complexes built on the mountain--giving San Moritz a personality that patrons appreciate and enjoy. And this specific condo does not have the most modern style in our complex but has been updated with all new flooring and beds, and the listing pictures of the interior reflect this accordingly. Guests are able to request box fans from the office, which can help with air flow, as well as opening windows and the sliding doors. Almost all vacation rentals in Crested Butte do not come equipped with air conditioning, as our temperature highs are extremely moderate, barely getting over mid-70s most peak-summer days. I apologize that you felt the property was just OK. I hope you return to Crested Butte for a future visit and can find a place that better suits your needs. Thanks again, Christine

There was plenty of room for the 5 of us, it has all the amenities we wanted. It was a little dated but everything worked and was clean. There wasn't much snow so at that time there was maybe a 100 yard walk to the lifts. We will definitely stay here again.

Great bedding options

This unit works well, not fancy but comfortable & fairly roomy for our 6 adults, toddler and dogs. Beds worked good for a group, including a back bedroom spacious enough for a baby portable bed away from the noise. Lighting could be improved. Back door exit at ground level great for dogs. Walk to ski village & lift. Quick trip to town. Stairs up to unit were fine for us! Managment very helpful when wallet was left behind!

Dog Friendly is the key

The mountain side bedroom is next to a building ventilation system with a fan that runs 24/7. It is a significant detractor for the rest and recovery of whomever gets stuck in that room. We love the location and the dog friendly aspect of San Moritz but we would not stay in this unit again.

What you were probably hearing was the motor from the indoor hot tub located one floor below this condo. I've never gotten a complaint about this before, so it's a new one, but I do apologize that the noise impacted your stay. We can place you in another condo if you choose to stay with us again. Disappointed in condo living room ceiling fan couldn’t be plugged in had a short. Our ceiling fan didn’t work and really needed updating. Mel in office was a little rude but Christy (I think) was very nice

Lots of space close to the slopes

The TV has all the premium movie channels with DirectTV and a Chromecast. We could have made a fire but did not. The hot tub is just downstairs. It was always available when we wanted it, but is rather cozy. The unit is level with the ground as you walk out on the snow. You can strap on your boards right there and ski down to the West Wall lift. You can either ride that up and ski down to the main base area or its short walk up a hill. My only complaint is the pillows weren't for me, maybe bring your own.

Lovely home on the mountain

The space was as described, and very clean. You can ski right down to the West Wall lift, and ski back as well, so the location was excellent. Having so much firewood available for the fireplace was a bonus. Thank you for an excellent stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The front desk personnel at San Moritz are as good as it gets. Very helpful and courteous.
