In the primary bedroom there is a king-size bed and flat screen television. It room looks out toward the bay side of the property. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity with storage. The separate private bathroom has a shower/hot tub combination. There is a clothes closet in the bedroom and further storage under the large double vanity.
The second bedroom also has a queen-sized bed. The room also faces the bay side of the property. There is a flat screen television, chest of drawers and closet. Offering the storage you need however long your stay. There is direct access to the other full bath.
The second full bath is a shower/tub combination. It has a single vanity with storage underneath. It can be accessed from the main hallway as well.
On the bayside of the property are pickle ball courts and Corn Hole. There is a barbeque pavilion with enclosures for cooler or rainy days. This Sea Spray property is just across from the Market, Surf Style and a short drive to other area amenities.
Parking passes have gone up to $40.00 each as of tomorrow 4/19/24. Any new reservations made after today will charged $40.00 plus tax per parking pass. 1 parking pass plus $5.00 tax will be $45.00, 2 parking passes with tax will be $90.00, and 3 parking passes with tax will be $135.00.
