When you enter this airy oasis, you are greeted with a brand new space that features a dining area with ample seating, comfy living room furniture and a large smart tv. Connect your favorite streaming accounts to enjoy a memorable family movie night. Then, connect your smart devices to the complimentary high-speed internet to get your vacation started right! Through the living room is the brand new kitchen splashed with classic subway tiles, new cabinets, appliances and enough kitchenware for the family chef to serve up an awesome dish for everyone to enjoy! Off the kitchen is the laundry room that holds the full size washer and dryer, refrigerator and household mechanics.

Bathroom(s): This home has 1 full size bathroom that screams luxury! The marble flooring and picture perfect vanity are exquisitely eye catching. The space also has a shower/bath combo and a spacious linen closet.

Bedroom(s): Bedroom one is perfect for the kids or friends. This spacious bedroom has 2 twin beds, full size dresser, full size closet with sliding doors and a large smart tv. The roomy master bedroom features a queen size bed, chest of drawers, smart tv and even a walk in closet! To make your stay comfortable, the home has air conditioning window units in the main area of the living room and both bedrooms. We also provide bonus items that will make your beach day or summer outing perfect!

Bayside Bungalow can be accessed by smart lock on the date of your arrival beginning at 4pm. The neighborhood can be accessed by car, rideshare and public transportation. The 505 NJ Transit - Venice Park Ventnor Plaza Bus runs daily to your vacation headquarters. The closest bus stop is within a 1 minute walk on Missouri and Kuehnle Ave.

I live off-site, but am available via text/call/airbnb messenger 24/7. We have our team in place, ready to address any and all of your needs in a timely manner.

Venice Park is an awesome neighborhood! It is directly off of Route 30 once you enter the city. It is mostly residential and has a small playground and neighborhood corner store.

Street parking is available for this unit and it is free. Just be mindful of any signs that may prohibit parking on a certain side of the street due to street cleaning.

Having your own car is handy, especially if you are planning on traveling beyond the city limits. You can also utilize rideshare services like Uber/Lyft, or you can use a local taxi service.

If you’re not up to walking and you don’t have your own car, The Atlantic City Jitney is for you! An inexpensive minibus that runs 24 hours a day and goes all along Pacific Avenue with stops at all the major casinos and attractions.

This is a side-by-side single level home. Both sides of the building are short term rentals. Please be mindful of the noise level to your neighbor.

All booking individuals must be 21 and older before they enter into any agreement with us for the duration of their stay! You're in charge so please treat this home like your own--we want everyone here feeling welcome just as much as you do

This is not a place for parties. If you're looking to get crazy and have an awesome time, we are NOT your spot!

We want you to enjoy your stay at our home, so please keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10 PM-7 AM. Atlantic City has an ordinance against loud music after nightfall! By agreeing with these rules while inside/outside of property boundaries, guests are acknowledging their responsibility in following local laws--especially when it comes to affecting other people's peace.

We want you and your guests to have a good time. So, no more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on-site at any given time unless approved by the host or hosts (an additional unreported guest fee is $200/person).

We have to inform you that smoking or drugs of any kind are not allowed in our home. If it becomes evident, $250 will be charged for every violation thereof and the smoker/using illegal substances may face further legal action as well! We want you to have fun, so please follow our rules! :)

We hope you have a wonderful time at our home! When it is time for you to clean up, so please take all of the trash to the trash cans: BTW: no glitter or confetti allowed. Also make sure the doors are locked before leaving. Don't flush anything other than toilet paper down this once- this must be respected!

We're sorry if you find any damages when visiting our property. Please report this immediately so we can ensure the right person is responsible for them!

We ask that you please be considerate of the check-out time, as we must have enough leeway to get everything done before our next guest visit. Unauthorized late check-outs can result in additional fees!

Cleaning:
Please be respectful and keep it tidy. Additional cleaning fees may apply for damaged, soiled, or stained items that need extra attention to make sure they're suitable when you check-out of our home.

We want to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable for you. That's why we provide basic amenities on the property like 1 bath towel per guest.

Your stay at this property will be exciting and memorable. You'll get the best sleep of your life. Make sure not to damage or stain any of our linens by using makeup/foundation; medications/face cream AND/OR tanning products (which can bleach some towels). Pretty please!

We know that sometimes things happen, we provide these items for the comfortability of your stay, but if they are missing or damaged after cleanup please note you will be charged the following rates:

Bath Towel- $10.00 each
Sheets- $20.00 each
Comforter- $40.00 each
Pillow- $10.00 each
Pillow Cover- $5.00 each
Throw Blanket- $25.00 each

We want you to have a great stay at our property. However, if anything happens and something valuable is lost or left behind during your visit - don't worry! We will work with all possible efforts in order to return what was taken by mistake within 2 days of contacting us following departure from said item(s). We know you'll want to get your items as soon as possible, so we'll handle the coordination of shipping the found items. There will be a $25.00 handling fee plus the cost of shipping. If any item(s) is not claimed within 7 days it will be donated at the owner/manager's discretion.

Please note that any violation of our House Rules will result in removal from the property. Acknowledgment and agreement with respect to these rules must be made by you upon booking. All guests agree to the House Rules at the time of booking.
