The space
Choose which of the 4 bedrooms you want and enjoy any of the 4 office spaces available to catch up on work or school for the kids! Drop your items off and go right out into the incredible backyard! Swim in the gorgeous pool. Grill for your group and have dinner outside at the seating area. Layout on one of the chaise lounges to relax. You won't even want to go back inside! (The pool can be heated during the cooler months at an additional charge to cover the natural gas cost per day - see below for more details).

Master Bedroom
King Bed w/ additional large, attached room that has a comfortable Queen bed and private closet. There is no “door” between the two rooms, a curtain divides them. En-suite bathroom with bathtub and gorgeous glass shower.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:
- Early check-in or late check-out can be at an extra fee depending on availability.
- You will receive simple and easy-to-follow check-out instructions upon your arrival.
- A rental contract will emailed for electronic signature before check-in.
Before checking into the property we must collect a credit card and photo ID to verify your identity and cover any incidentals (as we do not charge a security deposit).
Guest must provide CC and ID that match for the reservation.
Keep in mind, if you are choosing to book our home using a 3rd party website and not booking directly, not all third parties share your information with us. When you book, you are agreeing to submit a copy of your photo ID, your email address, and credit card to us after you book. This is standard procedure for professional property managers, just like hotels. Age minimum 21, and no pets are allowed without permission in advance and applicable fees.
Pool Heating Details
- Pool heating is optional and available for an additional nightly rate of $100 per night.
- The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. As the pool is outside, we have it set to 87 but as the temps drop so do the pools, especially if it is raining.
- We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature.
- To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3-day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it cannot be turned on and off daily.
Please Note: If the police need to be called to the property for complaints of any kind, we will ask you and your guests to leave without refund.
Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed, under 20lbs each with a maximum of two. Approval in writing and $250 fee per pet is required. Bringing a pet onto the property without approval is terms for removal without refund and up to $1,500 in fines. The fees help cover our costs for steam cleaning between stays. We do our best to remove allergens for future guests.
Service Animals are exempt from this policy. Service Animals are animals that provide a service to their owners, for example seeing-eye dogs. These pets are identified as needing to be with their owners at all times, as the service they provide is necessary for the healthcare of their owners. They are never left alone and do not bark. Emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals. Unfortunately, cats are not welcome under any circumstances, as many guests have severe allergies.
Concierge services, including grocery delivery, photography, home chefs, car rentals, car detailing, and the like, are provided by 3rd party vendors.

Your reservation is covered for up to $5,000 in accidental damages. Let's face it... kids make messes and accidents happen. So rather than having you provide an extra deposit, we ensure you are covered with up to $5,000 in coverage for a flat fee. Enjoy your worry-free stay!
Thank you for following our house rules:
No smoking or vaping of any kind in the home or around open windows or doors. Violators will be charged up to $1,000 and asked to leave without a refund.
Disturbing the peace is not tolerated. Violators will be asked to leave without a refund.
No parties with outside guests are allowed. All guests must be included on the guest count for your reservation. No more than 8 people are allowed in the house.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Please do not play music loudly at any hour.
