Opened concept home that is located on 71 acres with a covered wrap around porch having plenty of sitting space. Our home will accommodate 12 guests. One of the most enjoyable things is setting on the porch at various times of the day watching Deer and Turkey wonder through or a rainy day!
It’s nice to have family/friends to gather and stay in one location. Kitchen is equipped with everything that you’ll need.
Large dining table that will accommodate 6 plus, and bar that will seat 4.
Close to Grocery Store in downtown Osceola. Restaurants, Osceola Cheese, also Truman Lake, Pomme De Terre, and 1 hour to Stockton Lake for fishing tournaments, Boating & Skiing. You can hike our property, ride 4 wheelers or RTV’s.
Washer and Dryer available. Large fire pit to enjoy roasting hotdogs, making s’mores or just relaxing in the evening.

Plenty of parking that accommodates Boat Trailers, & RV's, etc.

Security cameras are located all around OUTSIDE of Home ONLY.
There is an alarm system on Home but will not be in use while occupied.
Electric Fence wire starts after entering 2nd gate that goes from left side of property to back of home. It is not active from Mid-October through April. It is a safe distance from the Home. There are 2 gates in back of home that has open fields and timber for hunting, riding RTV's or ATV's. The land has rough terrain in areas so when walking or riding be careful.
Corp's land is minutes away to Truman Lake for swimming, water skiing, boating, fishing, along with abundance of wildlife for hunting etc.

Exceptional Property in A Stunning Country Setting

Specious, well-appointed and immaculate. Everything expected on property was provided and much more. The setting surrounded by woods and fields is perfect for hiking, hunting, photography or just nature loving. We hosted a group of 12 family members, and no one wanted to leave! The hosts were incredible, replies are prompt clear and accommodating. We have rebooked and look forward to returning.

Turkey creek is an amazing place to stay. The owners are great and very hospitable the house has everything we need to make great meals and memories!!!!!

Great Country Get Away!

Turkey Creek Ranch was a wonderful place in the country although not far from town. It was comfortable and cozy and the perfect place for a quiet get away. The kitchen was fully stocked for our home cooked meals, the beds were comfortable and the decor was welcoming. We felt really at home. Thanks to our host for all the attention to detail. We highly recommend!

My wife and I both are from the Kansas City Mo. area. We both grew up in Kansas City and graduated from the same high school 2 years apart. I have my education in engineering and my wife worked in the medical field. We are a blended family with 5 children between us, grandchildren and great grandchildren. We sold our home 3 years ago in Independence, MO and made Osceola, Mo. our home. We love the country and quiet atmosphere, while sitting on the porch watching deer and turkey roam. We also enjoy antiquing and being with family.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I traveled through this area as a young boy going to Bolivar Mo. and Springfield Mo. to visit family, as well as my wife traveling through to Arkansas on family vacations. I liked the area so well I started looking for hunting land with my brother and found 176 acres of recreational land which is located just outside of Osceola, MO.
After several years of coming down with my brother to hunt, my wife and I had driven by this location noticing a farm auction in progress and thought what a beautiful place it was. We later discovered it was for sale, ending up purchasing the home for weekend get always.
After about 3 years we made the decision to sale our home located in Independence, Mo and move south to Osceola permanently. We later was able to acquire 10 acres next to Turkey Creek Ranch. We then made the decision to put a Modular Home on the 10 acres to make that our Home and thought what a Beautiful place Turkey Creek Ranch was and wanted to share it with others that loves the outdoors, getting away from the city, enjoying nature, wildlife, fishing, hunting or just relaxing on the Beautiful wrap around porch doing nothing!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We fell in love the minute we drove through the gates! We love sitting on the wrap around porch enjoying the days and evenings watching sunrises and sunsets, also the fact that we could have our Children and Grandchildren down gathering in the same place! Plenty of room to ride ATV's and RTV's, walk the property enjoying being outside!

There is nothing better than being in the Country enjoying what was given to us to enjoy and getting back to having family/friends gather for great memories to be made!
