This house is all one level house with a huge deck for grilling or relaxing! It sits on top of a hill with big shade trees and pretty views of farm lands. It sits on 60 acres with walking paths and fire pit for enjoying sitting by the fire looking at stars! It has 2 king size beds in one bedroom and a living room converted to a Bunk house with two full on twin beds. There is a 75 inch T.V in main room and tv's in every room with internet and movie apps . We are 15 minutes from Clinton [for groceries] and 8 minutes away from Buck Saw Marina and 17 minutes from long shoal Marina ! If you are looking for privacy but close to the lake this is it! We also have public hunting land less then 5 minutes away if you are planning a hunting trip. Pets have plenty of room to run around also!

We didn't take any pets. The place was wonderful very clean beautiful areas around the house. We saw deer from the front porch just the comfortable relaxing environment we needed !!

4th of July Getaway

Wanted a quiet place for the 4th away from all the fireworks and this delivered. Great open space and lots of beds for everyone. Nick was very attentive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend.

House and property were wonderful. All amenities. Large open areas (in the house and outside) made it great for large group. Looking forward to visit again, next year.

Great stay

This place was the perfect place for me and a few friends to stay during our trip to Truman Lake. The place was clean and stocked with everything needed for anything from cooking to sleeping. It’s also on a beautiful property with plenty of privacy. Will definitely stay at this place again when in the area.

Family Lake trip

We enjoyed our stay. This is a very spacious home with plenty of outdoor space as well. We were able to let the dogs out and not worry about them running off. We will definitely keep this in mind for our future visits to Truman Lake.

Lovely place

This is the second time we have stayed here. It has everything you could hope for. The deck is lovely, and even has a BBQ grill (although we didn’t use it). The place is behind a gate which is nice. Good internet, huge TV’s, comfortable beds and couches. It’s quiet, clean, and our two pups loved it as well. The hosts do a great job of making sure the place is clean and comfortable and are very responsive if you need something. We came for our nephews graduations and will most likely come again just because we really did enjoy the place.

Our family spoonbill fishing trip

The house was so nice and had everything we needed. The property was beautiful. We liked that they left corn hole and other games at the house to play. This was only 15 min from the boat ramp we used to spoonbill fish. Lots of room in the home.

Great place

The property is great! Very quiet, and very clean. The internet is good, they provided a wide assortment of games, and the beds were comfortable. They thought of everything including an iron and ironing board! We plan on staying here again during our next trip up for the next nephews graduation. Our pups also enjoyed the place. One took a great liking to the smell of the wild honeysuckle growing while the other seemed to think rolling in the grass was the best thing ever. The two issues we had during our stay Nick took care of very promptly.

A little piece of heaven

My family and I absolutely loved our stay here. Tons of room to roam and explore. Kids had a blast running all over and playing fetch with our dog. We had no troubles finding the place. The house is just far enough away to gaze at all the stars you can't see in the city. Also, not too far from anything like stores, fishing spots, etc. House was perfect for us. Nick thought of all the little things that people might need while visiting. Nick is also the best host I've ever been in contact with! He explained everything well. If I had a question, he was great about communicating. We couldn't ask for a better stay. We will 100% be back again!
