Weber propane grill is available for use. The backyard was redone in 2020 with a fire pit and new plantings and new grass. The lawnmowers come every other Thurs or Fri so any leash stakes will need to be lifted. Maximum number of pets allowed cannot exceed 50lbs. A handyman lives just a few houses away for when the need arises. Full disclosure - this duplex is one street over from busy Washington Blvd and the traffic noise is noticeable during the day and is discernible at night, especially if you enjoy sleeping with the windows open.
