Situated inside the Rumbling Bald Resort and just a short walking distance from the beach, spa, and activity center, this newly renovated, three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo is the perfect setting for the extended family or larger group.
The main level has a bedroom with a king bed, a sitting area, and TV. This well-appointed bedroom has an adjoining bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower. Also on the main level is a second bedroom with two double beds and another bathroom with a full-size tub and shower.
The main suite is on the lower level and has a king bed, a sitting area with an electric fireplace and a TV. It also has a full bathroom with a tub and shower. Off of the bedroom is a private deck with seating to sit back and enjoy the soothing sounds of the babbling brook below.
The upper level has a kitchen with brand new appliances, quartz countertops, and a breakfast counter with stools. The dining area has a large high-top table for all to join together. A roomy sectional, TV, and a beautiful stone, wood-burning fireplace complete the setting.
Off of the main living area, there is a spacious deck seemingly perched in the trees with plenty of seating for all to enjoy the breathtaking views of Youngs Mountain and Rumbling Bald Mountain itself!
The resort boasts two incredibly scenic golf courses (one hole is a scene in Dirty Dancing), a lakefront beach, spa, gym, four tennis/pickleball courts, basketball court, playground, marina, and restaurants on-site. An amazing place to come and have some good old-fashioned fun! There is a laundry room on the third floor also with a full-size washer, dry, and iron. Bathrooms are equipped with blow dryers.
THINGS TO KNOW
Lake Lure is a man made lake that is drawn down 12 feet each winter season for maintenance. This will impact shorelines. Water will be back up to normal levels in mid April.
Rumbling Bald Resort requires guests 12 and older to show their guest pass to use amenities. Passes will be at the property upon arrival. There is a $50 fee if any passes are lost.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
