The Space:
We are located 10 minutes from the airport. Close enough for shopping, restaurants and night life, yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. Grab a drink on Mill Ave. Rent a kayak or paddle board on Tempe Town Lake. Shop and dine at Tempe Marketplace. Take a hike at Papago Park. The fun never ends in Tempe and we provide the perfect place for you to enjoy your vacation or stay-cation.

We have a shower seat available upon request.

For international travelers, we will provide a converter for the outlets upon request.

Washer and dryer are in the apartment for your use. We even provide laundry soap.

NOTE: we keep our thermostat locked at 72 degrees during summer months to conserve energy and also prevents the AC units from being overworked in the high temps

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire apartment in addition to the outdoor gated patio accessible via the sliding glass doors from the bedroom. This gate also can be used to access the parking lot behind the building and is able to be locked for your safety. Just pull the lever towards you to lock it.

The Neighborhood:
In addition to being so close to ASU (stadium is 1.3 miles away), there are plenty of restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. within walking distance. Tempe Marketplace is 2.5 miles away. Phoenix Sky Harbor is 7.7 miles away. Papago Park is 4.2 miles away. Big Surf Water Park is 3.1 miles away.

Getting Around:
There is a light rail within a few blocks.
There are plenty of shops and restaurants at Tempe Marketplace, which is only 2.2 miles away. ASU stadium is 1.3 miles away. Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is 7.7 miles away.

There is a free Orbit bus or the Valley Metro public bus is available as well.

You can also easily grab a scooter or bike and use Bird or Razor app and be on your way instantly, as there are many of them around just waiting for you.

Check-in is anytime after 4 PM and checkout by 11 AM

Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames.
Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.
Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors.
No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm.
If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.

• FEES: Lost remote control (TV, Fan, A/C) will result in a $100 Charge
• FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 Charge
• FEES: Unapproved Late Check Out fees: Every hour after 11 am is an additional $50.
• FEES: $50 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation. Please be completely transparent in your reservation so that you can avoid this issue.
• FEES: Blocking or covering entrance surveillance cameras will result in a $250 charge.
