This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom home is located in the newest neighborhood of Fenney. HAMMOCK OF FENNEY offers many opportunities to be at peace with its natural rustic beauty and be surrounded by GRAY FOX & RED FOX EXECUTIVE GOLF COURSES. It's conveniently located near the new Magnolia Shopping Plaza were you'll find a grocery store, restaurants, banking and so much more . The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the village community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters and free live entertainment nightly! When you are ready for a day of fun in the sun, the Fenney Recreation Center is a short golf cart ride away. Here you'll find a resort-style family friendly swimming pool, nature trails, and much more.

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home.This home is beautifully decorated and boasts a bright open floor plan. The large kitchen with ample cabinets is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and serve meals. The living room offers comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on the 70" flat screen TV. The large master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, 55" wall mounted flat screen TV, large walk-in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower and his and hers vanity sinks. The larger guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and the second guest bedroom has a comfortable full size bed for your guests to relax & enjoy. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. The screened lanai offers comfortable seating and a large table and chairs for entertaining perfect for enjoying the morning coffee and newspaper, having a cookout with family and friends or just planning your day of fun.

This home comes complete and includes a GAS GOLF CART, BBQ grill, (2) BICYCLES and FREE WiFi internet connection!!. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

NOTE: GOLF CART IS PROVIDED AS A COURTESY FROM THE OWNER. IF FOR ANY REASON THE CART DOES NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN A REPLACEMENT CART. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RENTING YOUR OWN CART.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home nice and clean. Kitchen nice and big. Living Room Furniture was uncomfortable. Not good for short or tall people. Advertised as 2 kings not queens. Took a long time to get hot water. Suggest an ice bucket for the bar, drying rack for clothes, 3 way lite bulbs in living room, directions in booklet for TV were incorrect, had to call Property Service to get it to work.Fenney is lovely but in the middle of nowhere. Any when they shut down Red Fox and Grey Fox, practicalliy impossilbe to get on a golf course I could go to via golf cart.

Pleasant surprise

While we expected a nice house, it exceeded our expectations. Spacious, modern, well appointed & decorated, comfortable, xfinity cable, 2 stall garage. It is clear the owners put a great deal of thought into the furnishings to create a nice guest experience. The golf cart was great and much needed to easily get around to local activities. Easy walk to the pool, less than 5 minutes by golf cart to 2 executive courses and Fenney Grill. Ample places to safely walk. Highly recommend paying the $50 fee to get the resident ID pass(es). house is in one of the more remote sections of The Villages but that didn't prohibit our ability to make the most of our time there.

Our summer rental experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house we rented was absolutely beautiful. It was fully loaded with everything we needed. The outside lanai was perfect for having my coffee and watching the sunrise. I would highly recommend this home and property management company.

Nice place, but earwig issues

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the kitchen, and the master bed and bath. It’s a nice place overall. There are a lot of earwigs, which seems to be a problem for the whole neighborhood after I talked to the neighbors. Neighbors are very nice, and it’s great to be able to pull right into the garage and walk into house. Lanai on the back was very nice, has a beautiful view of the pond across the street. The living room furniture is stiff and uncomfortable but the big TV is nice. Because I write for a living, I would have preferred that one room have room for a folding table or offer a desk instead of a bed.
