You'll love being within walking distance of the SoCo district and music lane or a scooter ride to all the action downtown. South Congress Avenue is four blocks away (full of hip cafes and stores, and attracts many tourists and young professionals from all over the world) and East Riverside Drive is two blocks. You'll have easy access to all the best restaurants, bars, and shopping that Austin has to offer. Plus, enjoy access to a shared pool, tennis, and basketball courts during your stay.

The bright and cheerful living room features large windows, hardwood flooring, and a TV for entertainment. The living room connects to the dining room, followed by the kitchen area. This main space is perfect for entertaining friends and family, with easy flow between rooms. The kitchen includes a full suite of appliances, cookware, and fixtures. Off the kitchen you'll find a sun room with plush sofas - a tranquil space to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Both bedrooms boast Tempurpedic mattresses and original hardwood flooring, while the shared bathroom is one of a kind with a rare claw-foot bathtub and southern comfort style. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Love the space and location

Amazing space, really adorable and clean house. It's a quite perfect space and we loved the chickens next door. Where we struggled was with the VRBO to VACASA back and forth - it's confusing as to which platform we should be checking in with. If you book on VRBO - I'd prefer just to get all the info through VRBO - not be directed to another platform. Traveling on the run and checking two different locations left us confused on where to get out entry info and follow-up info and we did not know how to get feedback quickly and often did not get responses on important asks and called instead. To help travelers - I'd streamline that process. The space is wonderful though!
