Are you and your family/ friends in need of some salty air? Open floor plan, comfortably and beautifully designed, an ocean front master/ ensuite bath, additional ocean front bedroom, mini-master/ ensuite bath and 4th bedroom, with hall bathroom and laundry room.

Additional amenities include 4 seater golf cart, 5 Adult Bikes, Corn Hole Boards and a Basketball Goal.

The beach access/boardwalk is located just one house over and you can reach it from both the front of the house or off the back deck. It’s approximately a 0.30 mile walk to the beach.

Amenity cards may be purchased in advance of stay, through us, on your behalf, for access to the Fripp Island Resort Amenities (seasonal restaurants, pools, golf, tennis, bike/kayak rentals, etc) at the Fripp Island club member price. Renter will be responsible for the cost of the cards and the resort fee, which is currently 12.8% of the rental revenue of your reservation and subject to change. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A NEW FRIPP ISLAND RESORT FEE THAT HAS BEEN RECENTLY INITIATED.

NO DOGS are allowed! This includes emotional support animals. Service dogs are allowed if proper paperwork is provided at the time of booking.

If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Fripp Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and/or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, the Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside. Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences.

Great Location

Wonderful time! Used the golf cart - bikes - basket ball hoop and beach chairs! We already had guest amenity cards as we know members who own a home on Fripp. What we didn't know is that Fripp is an exclusive island with a guard gate and you need to have an invitation to cross into Frippville. Our friends also failed to mention that too. A quick text to our VRBO property rep had us past the gate of approval and on our way. Windows along porch side needed cleaning as well as some with broken thermal panes (cloudy). Other than that it was a great trip! Thanks!

Beautiful Property with Ocean View

Our family enjoyed all the property had to offer! The layout of the bedrooms/bathrooms & living room areas were great for our family—very cozy. The screened-in porch was a huge hit, with no bugs & great views, including deer watching! We ate breakfast on the porch every morning! There was a lot of parking available for our vehicles, kayaks & trailer (as well as the provided golf cart). The golf cart was great for cruising the island to shop, eat, watch the sunset & take pictures of the wildlife.

Fripp Island 2023 October.

We have been staying in houses/condos at the beach for 25 years and this was by far the dirtiest home I’ve ever stayed at. I had to go buy shower/bleach cleaner before we would even get in the showers. The entire house was nasty, the floors, cob webs, dead bugs in the corners, the rugs were filthy and stained. There were what we call cuckoo burrows all over the rugs in the home and we couldn’t go without shoes, you would step on them and the thorns would stick you. There were mouse droppings in the cabinets. We have rental property and I know people are hard on places but this unit is run down and in need of repairs. Curtain rods zipped tied to the wall, pieces of flooring ripped, partial new spots painted on the ceiling but not the whole ceiling, light out in the shower and the fans in shower and the floor vents were filthy. The back porch was very dirty, just simply sweeping would have helped. I paid a months worth of salary to stay here and we were so disappointed.

Ocean breeze

Beautiful beachfront home with everything we needed. We were able to take the golf cart to the end of the road and access the beach without having to walk so far through the dunes! Rebecca was extremely responsive and quick to get back to us. The home was the perfect size for 10 adults and the view was gorgeous.
