We are comfortably situated mid-island in a private location off the main road ensuring peace and quiet for your stay. Watch the sunset on one of the two-level decks before sinking into beds that envelope you in softness with spa-grade Comphy sheets and genuine down and feather pillows. Our home includes many amenities such as a 4-seater golf cart, an extra full size refrigerator on the garage level, a ping pong table, bicycles, beach wagon/toys, beach chairs, a private outdoor shower, and pack & play/high chair for your little one.
The beach access boardwalk is right next to the house which makes beaching a breeze. Ride bikes, watch the kids wade through the tidal pools, or wakeboard in the classic surf. After your day of exploring, freshen up in the large double-head outdoor shower or come in for a soak in the large, newly-updated primary bath with complimentary luxe amenities. Early risers watch the sun rise over the ocean from the catwalk or the comfort of the house through our floor-to-ceiling expansive windows. If you are seeking a stay with all the comforts of a luxe hotel, then our home will tick all those boxes. We treat our guests like family and look forward to booking your beach vacay soon! 
There are many options for memory making with your family.....this home has Amenity Cards available for purchase which means you'll be able to frequent the many pools and Beach Club on the island. You'll also have access to 2 championship golf courses, the Racquet Club, activity center, and restaurants. Please note that the Resort now charges a 12.8% fee (of the total rental amount before taxes/cleaning fee/card fee) in order to use their amenities. They also charge $35/person during the off season and $50/person during the summer (children 12 and under are free) for "amenity cards" which you will have to show in order to use amenities.  During June, July and August we will throw in 6 amenity cards at no charge (you will still be responsible for the 12.8% fee). If you require more than 6 cards, they are available for purchase. 

Amenity cards are not required to access the beach, crabbing dock, pier, shops, marina deli or Springtide market and deli, and the community center activities. There are many great restaurants within a 5-15 min drive of Fripp. Many of our guests do not purchase amenity cards and still have a fantastic vacation! Please inquire for more information

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, VRBO will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote provided by VRBO. The refundable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.

You will receive an email with log in information from FrippIslandStay right after booking. Please check your spam or promotions folders. Once logged in to FrippIslandStay, you will be able to order club cards if available and gate passes for access to the island.
