Perfect family vacation home! Real Escapes Properties proudly welcomes you to 2128 Ocean Road on St. Simons Island!

Welcome to this spacious 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath home overlooking the marsh in the beloved East Beach neighborhood. Easy walk to the public beach access. There is over 4,950 square feet of living space in this traditional home finished with tabby.

You will fall in love! Generous open spaces in the living room, great room and dining room will make any gathering a special one. The Chef's kitchen has a command center with top of the line appliances, gas stove and kitchen bar with seating for 4. The formal dining room with gorgeous marsh views seats 8 comfortably while there is plenty of extra seating at the full size kitchen table.

Located on the main level are spacious Master bedroom and a Guest bedroom - both with king size beds and private en-suites. There are 3 additional bedrooms located upstairs. Two of these bedrooms have king beds with attached en-suites and the third bedroom has 2 double beds and a twin bed.

Outdoors, there's even more! Your family will want to spend just as much time outside in the pool as they will inside. Enjoy the lush, well-manicured yard with a privacy fence and plenty of patio and pool seating. Park comfortably in the over-sized 3 car garage accessed from the side street. There is an additional parking spot in front of the home as well.

NOTE: This pool cannot be heated.

• Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (12 persons).

Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Roll of Paper Towel and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

Kitchen microwave needs to be replaced, cover at bottom front has been taped on, unit couldn.t be cleaned. everything else was in good condition, plenty of glassware and plated.

Great open concept allowed us in the kitchen to see the boys playing guitars on the back porch, girls playing cards in the sunroom and the grandkids playing games in the family room. Great front porch for sunsets, very nice bedrooms and bonus room. Great pool in the backyard.

Some of the sheets had some stains on them but over all we were very impressed with the property and cleanliness! The location was perfect! Short walk to the beach and very close to restaurants. Saint Simons. Great weekend getaway.

This house and area exceeded our expectations and was the most beautiful and relaxing house I have ever rented. Very clean, great kitchen, and everything was stocked perfectly. The spacious room allowed us to enjoy staying at the home we did not feel like we needed to go anywhere.
