Romar Tower 8C is a delightful 2 Bedroom 2 Bath that affords the guest a front row seat to the Gulf of Mexico from it's balcony. Romar Tower is a low density condo with less crowds and more space. Romar Tower 8C is spacious, clean as a whistle and provides everything you'll need for a weeks stay at the beach. If you are after a relaxing stay and want to get away from it all, you could not find a better place to be. With a King Bed and a Queen Bed, rest will come easily after a hard day's leisure at the beach and pool. Two full baths allow everyone to get ready to get out and enjoy the nearby restaurants and shops literally across the street. If dining in is more your speed, you'll want for nothing with this fully equipped kitchen. The living room and master bedroom both feature flat screen TV's, but the real show is what you'll see from the balcony.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
