Phoenix East will be completing exterior repairs on balcony closets in stacks 08, 09, and 03 through May 28th, which may result in some daytime construction noise, and we appreciate your understanding as they make these improvements for your comfort.

Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand. You will not be disappointed nor will you be able to find this level of luxury and convenience anywhere for this price!

Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. You will receive a parking registration email after your reservation is made and you are encouraged to purchase your parking passes prior to arrival. (Limit 2).

Very clean and comfortable, with beautiful view and easy access to beach. Would highly recommend. The only issue is that the bed is not the most comfortable - might consider a new mattress and springs.

Comfort can be a funny thing—too soft for some, too firm for others, and for a few, just right. We were extremely happy with our stay! Comfortable bed, kitchen was supplied with everything you could think of! Washer and dryer in condo was so convenient! Beautiful view of gulf, nice beach. Pools, gym, hot tub and outdoor courts were very nice.

Our stay was perfect in Orange Beach for a long weekend. The condo was very cute and clean. We loved how close it was to some great restaurants. We also enjoyed watching the dolphins from the balcony in the morning!
